This paper has built deduced, analysed and calculated the mechanics model and formula of steel ladle with elastic mechanics theory. After practised and improvement, this method already had become the checking process of steel ladle.

Abstract: Through the practice and improvement of Wongawilli Mining method in Shendong Mining Area, it created Shendong Characteristic short wall mechanize room mining method. Due to the shallow coal seam, the fracture zones throughout the bedrock directly after the mining, therefore the bending sinking belt didn’t exist; the conventional "three zones" theory couldn’t explain the overburden rock deformation damage rule of this situation perfectly. In order to monitor the damage of overburden strata, based on the analysis of coal pillars stability in Wongawilli working face, the paper puts forward 3D monitoring methods of overburden strata damage as follows: underground borehole stress monitoring, roof separated strata and layer's internal monitoring, surface subsidence monitoring. The set of monitoring method can monitor the instability of coal pillars, roof caving, production of separated strata in the roof, overburden rock damage and subsidence, the study is of reference and significance.

Abstract: The synchronization control problem of a large equipment erecting system driven by two oil cylinders side-by-side is analyzed. A closed loop control scheme of hydraulically driven erecting system based on electro-hydraulic proportion control valve is given. Considering the existence of time-varying parameters of hydraulic system, intelligent PID control algorithm is implemented by adding neurotic adaptive element control approach to improve the adaptive control capacity of the controller. Simulation results show that the intelligent PID control algorithm is more effective than conventional method for the erecting system synchronization control.

Abstract: Abstract. This study describes the basic methods to measure the large dams deformation using vertical coordinates and analyzes the lack of the structure of commonly used CCD vertical observation instrument, and using the principle of application computer stereo vision, a new CCD vertical observation device structure has been proposed. It also designs the CCD drive circuit, CCD data collection and communication circuits, and proposes the calculation method of instrument calibration and the vertical coordinate.

Abstract: To improve the regulating characteristics of impact energy, simplify structure of hydraulic hammer, a new pulse modulation hydraulic hammer is presented in the paper which can help regulate its impact frequency easily. The motion equations of the hydraulic hammer are established, its simulation model is obtained and the dynamic simulation is carried out on AMESim. The dynamics of high-speed ON/OFF valve is taken into account in the simulation model. The tendency of simulation results conforms to experimental results; it shows that the pulse modulation hydraulic hammer is feasible, and the hydraulic hammer model is reasonable. The time delay in high working frequency is also analyzed.

Abstract: In order to further improve control accuracy, response speed, and the steady performance of the electric power steering system, this article based on dynamics model of the electric power steering system, designed a new assistance control strategy, advanced a control policy combining fuzzy control with PID control, and established a simulation model of EPS. This paper simulated the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller by Matlab, and compared with conventional PID control. Simulation results showed that the control method improves the system to control speed and performance, has good control performance.

Abstract: The computer-aided test is very important in testing the characteristic of the hydraulic pump system; it can make the system respond rapidly, get the result more accuracy and have the visual results. In this paper, the LabVIEW software is used in the hydraulic pump performance measurement system; all the instruments and measurement parameters needed by the system were designed based on LabVIEW. For example, the signal gathering; the data processing, save and display; the curve drawing and the error processing, and so on. Two basic and important experiments are carried to validate the test system, and the results show that the measurement system can be used in laboratories and industry occasions. The measurement system can reduce some instruments, short down the test cost and the test time greatly. The software programmed by the pattern of modularization, that makes programs has a clear structure, easy to be read, maintain and expand its function.

Abstract: Based on the theory and method of energy analysis originated by H.T.Odum, the typical wetland of Qinghai Lake was studied. With the method of energy analysis, the value of renewable energy was estimated at 1.96×1022 sej, with a monetary value of $2.45×108. The energy value of capital input/output was 1.87×1022 sej, with a monetary value of $2.32×108.The energy value of waterfowls was 1.10×1024 sej, with a monetary value of $1.37×1010. The energy value of aquatic product was 2.94×1023 sej, with a monetary value of $3.66×109. It is clear that the total energy value of waterfowls and aquatic products exceeded 90%, the highest in the entire ecological system of Qinghai Lake wetland. The result indicated that emphasis should be placed on protection of waterfowl and fish resources of Qinghai Lake under the condition of effective protection and rational utilization of the values of ecological service of Qinghai Lake wetland. Furthermore, intensified development of ecological tourism and strengthened scientific research should be a key direction in future.

Abstract: Analysis of the relationship between defrost and the temperature and humidity. The design is SCM for the control of the core, to improve the greenhouse wall surface temperature, is used for defrosting, coating and ventilation dehumidification. Thus, achieve the purpose of defrosting and Dehumidification. Practice is proved that the system is less affected by environmental factors and has wide range of applications.

Abstract: A new type of hydraulic cylinder test bench is presented. Hydraulic technology, microelectronics technology, sensing detection technology, computer control and modern control theory are applied in the system. On the basis of hydraulic principle, the way of PLC’s usage is elaborated by the example. To increase the system’s automation, proportional valves are added.
