In recent years, with the improvement of new technology and new material, optical sensor technology made a rapid development. This paper first introduces the theory of optical sensor, then expounds optical sensor technology will achieve much progress in optic material and important equipment field, optic material using by communication and parts of an apparatus and integrated technology field, acquired-information, dispose and utilize optic material field.
