Abstract: The overall objective of this study was to provide some references for large-scale drying treatment of particular industrial sludge such as oily sludge. Considering the features of oily sludge as well as the characteristics of solar drying, solar dryer was designed and established in order to conduct the sludge drying treatment under sealed and low-temperature condition. The major parts of solar dryer were air collector and drying chamber. Drying treatment of oily sludge after conditioning and dewatering was performed with the designed solar dryer. The main measurements were temperatures of major components of solar dryer and water content of sludge. The experimental result indicates that the water content of oily sludge can be decreased by a maximum of 18% in use of the designed solar dryer. It is also proposed that the emitted volatile hydrocarbon and alcohols be recycled and the dried sludge be incinerated.

Abstract: For the family embarrassment and annoyance brought by the replacement of slippers when someone pays a visit, a cutting paper tape machine for sole coating was designed. Based on the detailed calculation and preliminary drafted general design scheme, the electric motor was chosen, the transmission ratio was distributed reasonably, the structural style and related parameters of worm gear were designed, and the stress strength was checked. Based on these, the three-dimensional model was established, through simply simulation, the scheme was verified and improved, and the parametric design was realized. Thus, one kind of convenient and practical cutting paper tape machine for sole coating is provided for families and high-grade places, which is greatly convenient to visitors.

Abstract: According to the complexity and the highly nonlinear characteristics of the tire sound, various parameters affecting tire noise were analyzed. By employing neural network a new method of tire noise prediction was proposed. Combining BP neural networks with genetic algorithms the noise prediction model was set up. In order to effectively predict tire noise, the neural network structure was designed and the input and output parameters of the network were determined. The genetic algorithm was added to the BP network in order to optimize initial weights and search out the optimal solution of the network. Applying laboratory drum method large amounts of tire noise test samples were obtained to train the BP network. Trained neural network can accurately predict tire noise in range of typical frequency bands. The results show that precision of this method is sufficient and the prediction effect is better.

Abstract: High speed image processing has a dilemma of that software-based approach lock real-time property while hardware-based approach has high modeling complexity. In order to solve above problem, this paper adopted the technical solution of Modelsim co-simulation with foreign language interface (FLI). Co-simulation technology, combining with rail sections image processing system as simulation platform, comprehensive using C language’s high flexibility in data processing , Modelsim’s high reliability in simulate FPGA, and take use of dynamic partially allocation methods, heavy effectively reduced the complexity of image processing system and storage space. Practice proves, this means provide a reliable basis for scheme verification of FPGA image processing system.

Abstract: A new application of polymer Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films which contain a photoacid generator introduced into polymer main chain as a co-monomer to draw photo patterns as a photolithographic is described here. The chemically positive-tone resist system terpolymers p (DDMA-DNMMA-AOPTs) s used here contains N-dodecylmeth acrylamide (DDMA), 1,4-dioxaspiro [4.4] nonane-2-methylmeth acrylate and 4-(allyloxy) phenyl-4-toluenesulfonate (AOPTs), which was prepared by free radical polymerization. In the terpolymers system, the acid generated by the PAG catalyzed the ketal moiety liberates cyclopentanone and regenerating derivative of glyceryl alcohol in an exposed region during the postexposure baking process. The rending moiety is dissolved into alkaline aqueous to form a positive tone in the expose region. The decompose mechanism of [p (DDMA-DNMMA-AOPTs) s] LB films irradiated by deep UV light was investigated. The photopatterning properties were also investigated. Results showed that the resolution of patterns with p (DDMA-DNMMA-AOPTs) s b LB films with 40 layers were 0.75μm which is the limit resolution of the photo-mask employed in the experiment. The effect of photogenerated acid from the photo-acid generator after irradiated by deep UV light on a typical chemically amplified resist system was studied by thermogravimetric analysis, which showed that the existence of the photoacid generator of AOPTs in terpolymer can improve the sensitivity of ketal-protected polymers without decreasing resolution.

Abstract: Synthesizing the grey bootstrap fusion method and the five chaos forecasting methods (viz., the adding-weight zero-rank local-region method, the one-rank local-region method, the adding-weight one-rank local-region method, the improved adding-weight one-rank local-region method, and the maximum Lyapunov exponent method), a dynamic prediction model is proposed to calculate the predicted true value and the predicted interval of a chaotic time series under the condition of unknown probability distributions and trends. At the same time, the five forecasting values are acquired with the help of the five chaos forecasting methods, respectively, and the five forecasting values are fused to deduce the predicted true value and the predicted interval by means of the grey bootstrap fusion method. As time goes on, a series of the predicted true value and the predicted interval is obtained dynamically. Experimental investigation of the rolling bearing friction torque shows that using the grey bootstrap fusion method, the predicted true value and the measured values have an identical trend only with a small error, the predicted interval is acquired along with a high reliability, and the dynamic prediction of the rolling bearing friction torque as a chaotic time series is made without any prior knowledge of probability distributions and trends.

Abstract: With the help of the grey system theory and without any prior information on probability distributions and trends, this paper focus on modeling for the tapered roller bearing vibration velocity as a data series. And the experimental investigation shows that the estimated residual is very small and can satisfy the engineering requirement, laying the foundation for controlling over the vibration of tapered roller bearings in the manufacturing process.

Abstract: On the basis of the general technology, high-tech, vast varieties and small-lot of the solar energy photovoltaic system, this paper comes up with the research conception of optical, mechanical and electronic integration and builds the optical, mechanical and electronic integration system. It also brings forward the design methodology and the integrated mechanism of the instant systematic integration based on the flexible interconnection, which leads to the building of the basic experimental and research environment of the automatic integrated design. The application of this new technology is based on the research of the highly-efficient Concentrator Photovoltaic System. It noticeably improves the technical level as well as the research efficiency.

Abstract: A kind of resonance frequency detection of piezoelectric micro-cantilever is presented, where there is piezoelectric film deposited. The alternating current is put on the film to make it vibrate, and when resonance frequency happens, the amplitude of piezoelectric micro-cantilever reaches the maximal. A series of experiments have been done by the driving power and detecting power designed by ourselves. The experiments show that resonance frequency can be detected by the amplifier, and the amplitude of the resonance frequency is obviously bigger than the amplitude of the other frequency. The maximal amplitude is about 600nm.
