Abstract:

Rainwater is a kind of natural resource and how to treat and utilize effectively has been the tough problem in urban rainwater recycling. In this paper based on the characteristics of street rainwater, a kind of rainwater treatment system is put forward aiming at the rainfall features in northern China. Firstly the collected rainwater will be filtered to remove the organic pollutants with macromolecules and then is discharged into the landscape pond. To deal with the seasonal change of rainwater in winter cities, the variable treatment methods of double subsurface constructed system are applied to achieve the continuous operation.
