The Mechanical Model of the Self-Guided Single-Blade Deep-Hole Reamer

Article Preview

Abstract:

The structure and force of the reamers were analysed, and the mechanical model of the self-guided Single-blade deep-hole reamer was established. The fundamental basis of the structural design was expounded in theory. And analysed the Rationality which Single-blade tool and two Guide block were used. And the reamer stable cutting conditions were obtained.
