Abstract:

This paper studies the military emergency logistics information construction. Firstly, the concept of the military emergency logistics information is put forward. And then, the sense of the military emergency logistics information construction is introduced. This paper regards building compatible military -civilian logistic information flat roof as the key of military emergency logistics information construction. And the principle, anticipated target, main function, construction tasks of the military -civilian flat roof is introduced. Based on these, the system composition is designed.
