Abstract: The Power Enterprise asset valuation is usually the market price at market in the current market price down algorithm or method, as im of China's timber market, trading behavior is not very standardized, resulting in the use of market price of Evaluating the value out of Power Enterprise asset valuation, can not be objective and realistic response to the full value of Power Enterprise assets. This article will introduce AHP Power Enterprise asset valuation, the price of power species, Power Enterprise by constructing the AHP model, constructed response relationship between the various levels of indicators to determine the weight matrix to determine the lowest level of index membership, the calculation method to determine the individual materials species, the average price of a Power Enterprise assets, significantly improving the effectiveness and reliability of assessment.

Abstract: Spatial data navigation speed is a very important element needing to be considered in network based GIS applications, especially for location based services. In this paper, a method to simplify the visualization of buildings in urban environment is proposed. It is based on a modified hierarchical building footprints merging approach and the simplified tree-based data structure, PSTree, is used to store hierarchical models. Thus, by computing the distance from viewpoint, according models can be automatically constructed and rendered, and less detailed building models are used when they are far from current viewpoint. Only the combination of a group of built-in building models is transferred to browsers, and these models are continuous in scale, so visualization effect and speed are both improved under network environment.

Abstract: Comprehensive studies on effect of fluid-structure interaction and dynamic response for tension structure were conducted by the numerical simulation. An iterative coupling approach for time-dependent fluid-structure interactions is applied to tension membranous structures with large displacements. The coupling method connects a flow-condition-based interpolation element for incompressible fluids with a finite element for geometrically nonlinear problems. A membranous roof with saddle shape exposed to fluctuating wind field at atmosphere boundary layer was investigated for the coupling algorithm. The dynamic response and the fluctuating pressure on member structure were calculated according to the coupling configuration.

Abstract: Based on the traditional method of analytical redundancy fault diagnosis, the advanced machine learning technology is combined with the model-based fault diagnosis so as to form a new intelligent approach to the fault diagnosis for satellite control systems. The support vector regression technique in statistical learning theory is employed to model the control system with a little sampling data firstly. Then the feasibility of detecting and identifying faults for the satellite attitude control system with the Mahalanobis distance is analyzed in detail. Finally a set of fault-detection observers are designed and implemented based on the residual evaluation. The simulation result indicates that the diagnosing method proposed in this paper is characterized with light computation burden and good real-time performance.

Abstract: Most of the existing Block 2DPCA algorithms are based on Frobenius norm, which makes them sensitive to outliers. In this paper, we propose a new improved Block 2DPCA algorithm with L1-norm, which is robust to outliers. The experimental results of FERET face database indicated that the recognition performance of new algorithm is superior to Block 2DPCA, more robust than Block 2DPCA.

Abstract: In many wireless sensor networks (WSNs), target tracking is an essential application. This paper studies the real-time target tracking algorithm and the implementation for a multi-target real-time tracking system. The system consists of a wireless sensor network which includes several distributed ultrasonic sensor nodes and a monitoring base station, and two robots as moving targets. To avoid the conflicts in the network, a sensor node task scheduling scheme, and an adaptive clustering and inter-cluster negotiation network protocol (ACICN) are proposed for the system. To cope with distributed and asynchronous measurements, data synchronization and Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) location algorithm are studied for the system. The experiments show that the system can effectively track multi targets simultaneously.

Abstract: Trajectory tracking control is a major control problem in the application of the wheeled mobile robots (WMRs). However, many of the WMRs are autonomous which are equipped with several kinds of sensor to detect the position and orientation by itself, such as ultrasonic, laser, infrared and visual. This paper studies the implementation for a distributed network feedback control system and the trajectory tracking control algorithm for a non-autonomous WMR. The control system consists of a wireless sensor network (WSN) and a monitoring base station for measurement and feedback, and a non-autonomous WMR as controlled plant. To cope with the distributed and asynchronous measurements and slow response of the feedback channel, the sectional error amplitude limited algorithm is studied and the results show the system can effectively track a reference trajectory.

Abstract: Based on the uncertainty of engineering properties of unsupported launching site, fast assessment of preselective site must be done before missile launching, to provide decision for selecting launching position reasonably, and ensure launching missile safely and reliably. Mostly, the launching site is an elastic-plastic structure, the deformation and destruction of launching site is nearly related to the stress and developing process of strain, the support load of the site must be computed before using. In this paper, the bearing load of launching site is analyzed in missile erecting process with the hypothesis that the launching vehicle is bilateral symmetry object. Jack reaction force in erecting process is calculated while the influence of wind load is considered, which provides load criterion for building evaluation model of launching site. The running curve of jack reaction force related to erecting angle is yielded through using pressure data acquisition system. The amplitude and variation trend of jacks reaction force are in well match with theoretical calculation results by analyzing the running curves, and the rationality of result is verified by this way. The research conclusions can offer references for selecting and judging intensity of missile launching site when unsupported random launching way is applied.

Abstract: In this study, corona discharge treatment is applied to cotton fabric at various discharge voltages and time. The dye uptake of treated fabric was increased when the applied voltage and treating time increased. Its effects on surface modification of cotton fabric and its application in finishing are investigated with a range of analytical methods. The results suggest that corona discharge can be successfully applied the finishing of cotton fabric, especially in the green processing of dyeing.
