Semi-Physical Simulation Experiment System of Fuel Control System for an Aeroengine

Article Preview

Abstract:

Abstract. The thermodynamic model of an aeroengine was established. The laboratory working condition of the fuel controller, fuel flow proportioner and low-pressure fuel-feed system of an aero-engine were built. The mathematic model of the aeroengine was run in the computer. Using RS422 Bus technology, the semi-physical simulation experiment system of the fuel control system for the aeroengine was established with engine model. And then the experiment results demonstrate that the semi-physical simulation experiment system can simulate the transient state and steady state for the aero-engine effectively. These results lay a solid foundation in the further research of the FADEC system for engine and the application of advanced control theory to control system of engine.
