Abstract:

Using AHP method, this paper proposes a risk evaluation index system to analyze the risky factors concerning the BOT financing mode for Xi He Cascade hydropower station on the basis of an quantitative and qualitative analysis. Research shows that the AHP methods can serve as an effective tool to risk evaluation and management of hydropower projects.
