140 GHz SIW Planar Antenna

Article Preview

Abstract:

In this paper, a novel mm frequency SIW antenna is presented, which is a planar taper slot antenna owns function of high gain advantage. The max gain of the antenna is 7 dB. The frequency width of the antenna is 10 GHz.
