Abstract: In the most common cases, the first generation creates his business, accumulates wealth and waits for the right chance to hand them over to the second generation. The case study on Fotile Co. provides a perspective of both entrepreneurship and succession of family business. In 1996, Mao Li Xiang and his son, Mao Zhong Qun, started together a business on kitchen products. On the view of product life cycle, Mr. Mao Senior produced the clip reeds subcontracting for the state-owned TV set company and electric gas-lighting for international trade which were manufactured with imitation and at last waned after several years, until in 1996 he devoted himself to the third products, Chinese kitchenware, and beat Western technology with domestic technology and design in meeting the needs in Chinese kitchens. On the view of his individual life cycle, Mr. Mao Senior began with the accountant and salesman in commune and brigade enterprise in the 1970’s, manager of in the township and village enterprises in the 1980’s and the owner of family business in 1990’s when he handed over the right of control and finished the professionalization of management, the upgrading of enterprises as well.

Abstract: This paper presents a method of applying the discrete hidden markov model and high-order spectrum to fault diagnosis of power electronic circuit. With bispectrum analysis, an ARMA model parametric bispectrum estimation is presented for Fault feature extraction firstly, and then fault modes were trained and recognized by Discrete Hidden Markov Model. Finally, electric locomotive main converter of SS8 type is used as an example to illustrate the new approach of fault diagnosis. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a high correct rate. The correct rate of the proposed method is 100%in the case of no noise or 5% noise whicn is 16.11% and 23.79% higher respectively than that of DHMM and BP neural network methods. So the method has practical value.

Abstract: Advanced systems for auto safety are an ongoing need in our current mobile and ever expanding society. The safety and security of automobiles is becoming an ever, difficult problem Face recognition systems have been promised to provide many different security applications. The goal of this research has been the development of an optically based computer system, which will locate and track the head, face, and eyes of a driver. The system will then determine the driver's identity and verify his/her authorization to operate the vehicle. While the car is in operation, the system will also determine if the driver is awake, sober and able to safely operate the vehicle.

Abstract: It is a key technology in the design and application of mechanical seals as how to determine and control its face temperature. According to the explicitly defined heat conduction angle, supposed the surfaces of the stator ring are insulation, and the heat produced by friction of seal faces transfers only through the rotor ring along the heat conduction angle, an approximate analytical method calculating the end face temperature distribution of mechanical seal was developed for mixed friction condition in this paper. The heat conduction angle, angular velocity, contact pressure and other factors and its law on end face temperature distribution have also been analyzed in this paper. The results of this method for calculating the end face temperature are much closer to the reality, compared with other approximate analytical methods.

Abstract: Original difference method based on three sequential frames is a common method in the moving objective detection. After the introduction of the original method, the formation cause of the internal cavity in vehicle region was analyzed. Then, an improved difference method based on three asymmetric frames, which were abstracted according to the judgment rule of optimal frame interval, has been proposed in this paper. The area of the moving vehicle region is assumed as the criterion to calculate the best frame interval. In the improved method, the best benchmark frame and the best auxiliary frame were firstly abstracted out and used to subtract the current frame separately. Subsequently, the two difference images were transformed to binary images separately. Lastly, the final moving vehicles were detected in the current frame after logical "and" operation was carried out between the two binary images. The experimental results showed that the improve difference method based on three asymmetric frames can effectively reduce the internal cavities in the vehicle region, comparing with the original one.

Abstract: In view of the strong non-linear and time-varying characteristics of linear ultrasonic motors, a fuzzy recurrent neural network controller is put forward. In order to improve the control of the convergence speed and robustness of the proposed controller, the differential evolution algorithm is used for the rapid preliminary off-line optimization of the weights and parameters of network, and then combines the adaptive law and BP algorithm and gradient descent optimization mechanism for learning and accurate optimization. The results show that the fuzzy recurrent neural network controller is better than PID and self-structuring neural network controller, and has a good anti-interference capability.

Abstract: In view of present LAN network security situation, analyzed the main methods to prevent Trojan and defects, we propose a network connection by monitoring and testing features found Trojan approach, and programming Web-based Trojan detection system connected to the LAN. System uses a modular design approach, the entire system is divided into Packet capture, Packet analysis, and Display, three modules can be run independently. Practice shows that this system is stable, fast, accurate analysis, and the use of high commercial value.

Abstract: Automatic test sequences generation can improve the test efficiency. This paper focuses on how to design and implement a conformance test sequences automatic generation tool for EFSM-based protocols. Specifically, two key technical problems are discussed in detail, which are the EFSM model construction and behaviors dynamic interpretation. For the former, the three-tier system architecture is introduced to develop a graphical EFSM editor. For the latter, a dynamic script method to efficiently interpret the dynamic behaviors of the EFSM model is presented. Based on the proposed methods, a simple prototype system for conformance test generation is developed. Experimental results show that the proposed approach is feasible.

Abstract: In order to overcome the effect of the friction and the nonlinear disturbance in the high precision Opto-electronic(EO) servo-stabilized platform system, adaptive terminal sliding mode control (ATSMC) base on acceleration feedback is introduced in the system. Different to traditional sliding mode control, a terminal sliding surface is introduced to assure finite convergent time of control errors on the surface. In addition, due to unknown bound of uncertainty, an adaptive law is derived to compensate the effect. As a result, in this control strategy, the ATSMC controller was used to improve the tracking accuracy in the position loop; the acceleration feedback controller was introduced to compensate for friction torque and disturbance. The simulation results show the proposed control scheme to be effective.
