Abstract: This research proposes QFD and TRIZ integration at stages of the main problems that may arise, creating the high performance control valve in the concept development and manufacturing stages to amend and prevent the main issues in the front-end. In order to eliminate the conflicting requirements to build the prevention front-end design of the design process that will meet customer needs and translate customer needs into measurable technical requirements, the innovative design model integrating two tools were proposed, which based on the consideration of the correlation matrix of engineering characteristics and customer satisfaction on the basis of cost and time. Finally, one example of the method described will be highlighted within the research that will demonstrate the design of the case and achievable resource benefits. They can also provide the design staff with more effective ways to accelerate the product design and manufacturing process.

Abstract: The antenna diversity based on log-likelihood ratio (LLR) is better than that based on signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in bit error rate performance for MIMO systems. Thus in this paper, we present a novel transmit antenna selection scheme based on bit log-likelihood ratio when the Alamouti code is employed .Then the BER expressions of application based on Bit-LLR (BLLR) for MPSK and MQAM modulation with Gray code are derived. The simulation results show that the new scheme based on BLLR is superior to SNR. With the increase of the transmit antennas, the performance of system is improved significantly. Furthermore, the diversity order is the same as that of the full complexity systems.

Abstract: In this paper, an experimental and numerical study has been conducted to investigate the performance and dynamic effects of the centrifugal pump . Two impellers having different diameters were tested. The aim of the present study is to extend the scientific research of the related studies to high speed centrifugal pump which has a logarithmic profile. The variation of dynamic pressure fluctuations on the front wall of volute casing around the impeller is predicted at different values of volume flow rates. Also the pump performance was tested for the considered values of the volume flow rate. The governing partial differential equations of continuity and momentum were dicretised to algebraic equations by using CFD commercial code(FLUENT 6.3). This code has the ability to transfer the complex physical domain to a computational one by using GAMBIT software. The effect of turbulence was simulated by using a standard k-ε model. The obtained results show th at the dynamic pressure fluctuations significantly dependent on angular position and volume flow rate. It is observed that the pump efficiency is increased as impeller diameter increases.

Abstract: Recently, O-type foot and mouth disease epidemic situation has changed, there has been MYA98 epidemic strains, has caused many Asian countries for many kinds of animal damage. In January 2011, a new matching vaccine developed, namely Foot and mouth disease type O inactivated vaccine (O/MYA98/BY/2010 strain). In order to master this vaccine effectiveness in pig production, all the individual pigs in the ten farms had been immunized.A total of 97786 individuals or times immunized pigs were observed. All pigs were traced surveillance for foot and mouth clinical signs. A total of 295 serum samples were detected for antibody titers. The results show that although there adverse side effects, but other than the vaccine adverse reactions and extent has significantly decreased, pigs immunized were non-occurrence of type O foot and mouth disease, the antibody titer is eligible. So here we show , the vaccine is safe and effective, can be widely used.

Abstract: As one of the main contributors to global environmental degradation, mechatronic industry must take the responsibility of improving the environmental performance of its products. Compared with further development of green technology, setting environmental protection willingly and seriously as one of the engineering optimization objectives are also important. This paper analyzes the decision making processes from the viewpoint of product life cycle and serves the purpose of reaching a balance between economic profit and environmental performance for each life cycle participator.

Abstract: The environmental estrogen can be measured in modified yeast cells by transcription activation of reporter genes. To establish such yeast estrogen system, the full-length human estrogen receptor (hER) cDNA and estrogen responsive elements (EREs) linked to the upstream of CYC1 promoter were cloned into the yeast expression vector via pPIC9 vector respectively to construct the response vectors named as pER-PIC9 (E-9) and pERE2-CYC-PIC9K-EGFP (EC-9-E), which were transformed into Pichia pastoris at the same time for detecting environmental estrogens based on yeast Enhanced Green Fluorescence Protein (yEGFP) as a reporter protein. In the present study, we developed a rapid yeast estrogen bioassays by creating stably transfected strains with EGFP as a measurable reporter protein.

Abstract: The text explains why the process of website interface design wants to involve the interaction design through the own perspective. It also explains what interaction design exactly is on the easily understand way. It mainly demonstrates the design principles of interface, and how to use them correctly in the process of designing. And mentions lots of problems may happen to the process. Its purpose is clear that according to the design principles of interface element in the website interface design process, standing in a higher level to review the interface design to work for the success of website interface design.

Abstract: A ring signature scheme enables a signer, in an ad-hoc manner, to sign a signature on behalf of a group of users including himself such that a verifier can be convinced that one of the identified users actually generated the signature but he can not identify the signer. In this paper, we analyse and attack two ring signature related schemes, including a ring signature scheme and a ring signcryption scheme, we prove that they can not satisfy the property of unconditional anonymity, and are all insecure.

Abstract: This study proposes a two-stage optimization system to generate the optimal process parameter settings of multi-quality characteristics in the plastic injection molding (PIM) products. In the first stage, Taguchi orthogonal array was employ to arrange the experimental work and to calculate the S/N ratio to determine the initial process parameter settings. Then, S/N ratio predictor and S/N quality predictor was constructed by employed the back-propagation neural network (BPNN). In addition, S/N ratio predictor was along with simulated annealing (SA) used to search for the first optimal parameter combination in order to reduce the PIM process variance. In the second stage, BPNN quality predictor and particle swarm optimization (PSO) was intended to find the optimal parameter settings for the best quality specification. Results from the experimental work show that the proposed two-stage optimization system can create the best process parameter settings which not only meet the quality specification, but also effectively reduce cost.

Abstract: There is an absent of an effective way to measure the prestress of the structural membranes during the construction stage and under normal conditions. A new approach based on vibration method is proposed in this paper. This article analyzes the vibration characteristic of the typical membrane structures (Saddle Shape and High Point Shape) and provides the theoretical basis for a new approach which is convenient for operation and reliable for engineering application.
