Abstract: Active bus signal priority controlling method at a single intersection bases on single bus flow priority, applying for coordinated control in many intersections .This paper comprehensively considered green wave of general traffic and bus traffic in every decision project, made the priority signal distributed phase time parameter, based on green wave band width of general traffic flow, general flow delay and bus flow delay, made a comprehensive benefit preferred model ,made the best decision, verified the controlling algorithm.

Abstract: Using finite element software ADINA, three coupling models on fluid-structure interaction among internal fluid—pipe—external fluid in the lifting pipeline were researched. Firstly, coupling finite element model on fluid structure interaction of lifting pipeline was established and the first sixth order natural frequencies and principal vibration modes were attained at different ore conveying volume concentration and cross-section size of pipeline;Then natural frequencies of three couplings were compared with two couplings and no coupling according to the above condition, and FSI effect on natural frequency of pipeline was discussed. The calculation results were shown that the natural frequency of the pipe and its relative error reduced with the volume concentration and the relative wall thickness increased, which explain the reason that has better accuracy considering three couplings than other .These results have certain directive significance on the dynamic response, structure design and study of reduction vibration of lifting pipeline.

Abstract: In this paper, the impuissance of traditional ip-iq method in reactive power compensation applications under nonideal mains voltages is illustrated first, and then a novel current reference calculation method for Shunt Active Power Filter (SAPF) based on p-q transformation is proposed. By means of the proposed method, the positive sequence fundamental active current component of the load current can be isolated under distorted and/or unbalanced mains voltages, which makes SAPF be capable of harmonic cancellation and reactive power compensation at the same time under nonideal mains voltages. The effectiveness of the new proposed method is mathematically studied and verified by computer simulation under ideal and nonideal mains voltages.

Abstract: [Objective] This paper is to study how to build an agricultural information service evaluation system from the agricultural information service evaluation goals, ideas and methods. [Processes and Methods] Empirical and normative analysis processes methods combining with literature research and actual investigation are applied. [Results] Based on the classification under the unified index structure index system theory, the use of integrated design of quantitative and qualitative analysis and design, level of analysis, synthesis evaluation methods and etc., to build agricultural information service evaluation system. [Conclusion] On the one hand, to build agricultural information evaluation system, is beneficial to run on the status of agricultural information evaluate, to monitor trends in construction, on the other hand, it can help to optimize management decisions and to guide the construction of agricultural information for decision-making basis.

Abstract: Anti-collision technology is a key technology on RFID. This paper investigates some different anti-collision algorithm of RFID. And we establish a simulation platform to achieve the simulation of the anti-collision algorithm. This paper presents an improved algorithm on the DFSA anti-collision , which is based on analysis and comparisons of the simulation results. The improved DFSA algorithm can enhance the efficiency, according to the simulation results.

Abstract: TOT as a new project financing mode, its appearance effectively solves problems like the lack of government investment funds, management inefficiency and others. But because of its complex organizational structure involving more than one principal, the potential risk is enormous. In this paper, I use AHP method to conduct comprehensive and systematic risk identification for TOT projects and establish the control interval and memory (CIM) model to assess the risks of hydropower financing. The application of CIM in engineering practice shows the effectiveness and feasibility of CIM, the comprehensive evaluation method in the risk assessment.

Abstract: This paper uses fractal theory to analyze interorganizational information systems (IOS). Firstly, IOS’s structure has fractal characteristics of self-similarity, self-optimization and self-organization, consequently, gives the concept and definition of fractal interorganizational information systems (FIOS). Thirdly, builds IOS topological structure fits actual needs based on Diffused-Limited Aggregation (DLA) model to optimize the growth rule of IOS, then, designs six topological structures of FIOS and estimates approximatively their fractal dimension values. Finally, gives fractal interorganizational information systems application to optimize the supply chain network structure to improve operation efficiency.

Abstract: The paper will mainly work for the establishment of advanced vehicle night driving assistance system based on the DaVinci™ platform., which including the adaptive front lighting subsystem, the infrared night vision lighting subsystems and the embedded processing platform. The implementation and system integration applications of the adaptive front lighting technology based on driving behavior and the infrared night vision technology are main research objects. Through intelligent auxiliary lighting and enhance vision, driver awareness at night and road safety are significantly improve.

Abstract: The initial rotor position of SRM is the key to achieve no-reversing starter. There are some methods to detect the initial position of sensorless SRM. For example, phase current method, phase inductance method, test coil method and so on. In this paper we researched the relationship between the mutual inductance and rotor’s position in SRM. A new initial position detection method of sensor less SRM, which add a excitation pulse with a small value to the stator windings , then detect the value of the mutual inductance voltage of the two adjacent phase to determine the initial position of the rotor is given by this paper. And we designed the hardware to achieve this method. The feasibility and reliability of the method is proved by experiment of 8/6 pole four-phase switched reluctance motor.

Abstract: This paper presents the design, fabrication and characterization of single beam for latching electrothermal microswitch. This microswitch consists of two cantilever beams using bimorph electrothermal actuator with mechanical latching for performing low power bistable relay applications. A stable state can be acquired without continuous power which is only needed to switch between two stable states of the microactuator. The single beam is discussed mainly to judge the possibility of realizing the designed function. First, reasonable shape of the resistance is designed using finite element analysis software ANSYS. Then, mechanical performance was characterized by WYKO NT1100 optical profiling system, the tip deflection of single beam can meet the designed demand.
