Abstract: One kind of the reservoir gate monitoring and control system is developed, which is based on the operator station, remote control station, programmable logic controller and industrial network, to build a distributed networked control system. In this system, the position of the gate’s displacement is measured by a rotary coder that provides a Profibus-DP interface, and the reliability is enhanced. The communication program between the rotary coder and the controller is listed.

Abstract: This paper aims at the application of closed-loop gain shaping algorithm in turbine engine PID control. It introduces calculation examples, showing how to build a PID controller through parameters with physical significances; it also establishes mathematic models of turbine engine and fuel supply system, in order to test the performances of the PID controller, based on the comparison between PID controllers of series type and closed-loop gain shaping. Simultaneously, simulations are conducted using Matlab. The Simulations indicate no overshoot, proper control time as well as a narrow range of amplitude of oscillation. Therefore, the study succeeds in proving that the closed-loop gain shaping PID controller has excellent performance and good robustness, which is particularly useful for turbine engine control system.

Abstract: In this paper, we discuss the problem of compatible clustering, we propose a new compatible clustering algorithm based on pNCompClu[9]. The new algorithm adopts space partitioning technique to replace the point neighborhood mechanism of pNCompClu. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm can get some consistent clustering results, and theory analysis also demonstrates that the proposed algorithm has higher clustering precision than pNCompClu has.

Abstract: Compared to simple genetic algorithm which has a disadvantage of slow speed in early and later convergence, genetic algorithm which is based on niche technique and keeping the diversity of individuals, helps prevent prematurity and shows a better performance. The paper tries to solve the problem of multiple hump function optimization based on niche genetic algorithm. The simulation results show that the niche genetic algorithm can maintain the relative stability of diversity of individuals in the evolution process, speeding up the rate of convergence to a large extent.

Abstract: A multifunctional laser aiming probe applied on coordinate measurement machines was designed and presented in this paper based on half facular point optical imagery. The designing thought and operation principle of the multifunctional aiming probe’s optical system was introduced and analyzed in detail. An adaptive intensity control method was used in the circuit to adjust the laser intensity timely so that it can adapt to aiming measurement of different optical properties surface. Repeated aiming trigger experiment was conducted and the experimental results showed that the measurement repetitive standard deviation of the multifunctional probe was better than 0.5μm without any other accessorial equipment, which can be satisfied with the use requirements of CMMs. This probe with the characteristics of high detecting speed, high degree of automation and high aiming accuracy, will be expected to have the ability of free curved surface and imagery tracking aiming measurement of contour with higher speed and accuracy coincided with CMMs or other length measurement instruments and have a wide range of application prospects and a strong practical value in measuring for parts profile with a higher precision.

Abstract: Five axis linkage CNC machine tools, with its high speed, high precision characteristics, are widely used in large aircraft structure part machining. By trial cutting method, "S" test part is a new test part for detecting processing accuracy of five-axis linkage machine tools. Through analysis and simulation, exploring the influencing factors to CNC machine tools processing accuracy and the regular of "S" test part surface errors, surface quality, results show that "S" test part can reflect the processing accuracy of CNC machine tools.

Abstract: An air filtration and pressure boost technique for the operating room was brought forward to the construction machinery working in dust atmosphere. The constitution, rationale and design method of the air filtration and pressure boost system was introduced in details. The method was successfully used to the operating room upgrade for a small scoop-tram. A certain positive pressure differential was maintained between the upgraded operating room and the outside, which preventing the access of the outside dust to the interior room and protecting the operator.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore the effective approach of Multi-Agent system(MAS) modeling and simulation. A detailed study of modeling and simulation of Space Information System has been carried out by combining controlled and intelligent requirements. To begin with we will provide a brief background on the Multi-Agent System concept and structure. Furthermore, grasp the model structure through vertical and longitudinal analysis with the consideration of emergence and collaboration. In addition, we described the Multi-agent model for Space Information System(SIS). Finally, algorithms of realizing the collaboration structures of the communication satellite system that presented in this paper were described.

Abstract: The empirical results show that the dynamic conditional correlation (DCC) and the bivariate asymmetric-IGARCH (1, 2) model is appropriate in evaluating the relationship of the Japan’s and the Canada’s stock markets. The empirical result also indicates that the Japan and the Canada’s stock markets is a positive relation. The average estimation value of correlation coefficient equals to 0.2514, which implies that the two stock markets is synchronized influence. Besides, the empirical result also shows that the Japan’s and the Canada’s stock markets have an asymmetrical effect, and the variation risks of the Japan’s and the Canada’s stock market returns also receives the influence of the good and bad news, respectively.

Abstract: From the quality of foundation roller compaction perspective in large civil engineering, this paper integrated the high precision real-time position technology of GNSS and the spatial analysis function of GIS, constructed a foundation roller compaction quality monitoring system to realize the real-time monitoring of foundation roller compacted construction process, which can ensure the quality of this process . At the same time, based on expounding the rolling system structure and working principle, it is detailed introduce the system module and the key algorithms.
