Abstract: The influence of corn plant spacing on mechanical harvesting was analyzed. Corn flexible model was established through the flexible body module of ADAMS by using virtual prototype. Mechanical dynamics simulation was performed. Plant spacing was suggested to a significant positive correlation on the efficiency of mechanical harvesting. During mechanical harvesting, weight loss is dependent on plant spacing. The optional range of corn plant spacing was between 0.15m and 0.2m according to the simulation results.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel self-propelled chili pepper harvester is proposed. The chili pepper harvester consists of picking device, cleaning device, transmission system, re-picking device, collection bin, etc. The structural features, working principle and key components' design of the chili pepper harvester are introduced in the article. The chili pepper harvester is manufactured and assembled. Many field tests are conducted by the prototype chili pepper harvester. According to these test results, the picking rate is 99.15%, the total loss rate is 5.15%, and the damaged rate is 3.22%. The main performance parameters have been reached the design requirement.

Abstract: In this paper, we use solid–liquid two-phase mixture model and the Realizable k-ε turbulence model to numerically simulate the advection secondary flow and sludge concentration distribution in a circular secondary clarifier. The PISO algorithm is used to decouple velocity and pressure. The velocity field and the sludge concentration distribution are obtained by the proposed model.

Abstract: Fault diagnosis of analog circuits is essential for guaranteeing the reliability and maintainability of electronic systems. Analog circuit fault diagnosis can be regarded as a pattern recognition issue and addressed by one-against-one SVM. In order to obtain a good SVM-based fault classifier, the principal component analysis technique is adopted to capture the major fault features. The extracted fault features are then used as the inputs of SVM to solve fault diagnosis problem. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the experimental results.

Abstract: Due to great pressure difference between inlet and outlet, high-pressure gear pump can cause unbalanced radial force, which results in serious wearing between axle journal of drive shaft and bearing-hole, non-ideal dynamic characteristics, and drop of volumetric efficiency after long run. This paper introduces a new sealing structure. Based on this structure, a high-pressure oil reservoir is installed on the wall of the inner-hole of floating plate for radial support and lubricating, which can effectively reduce shaft wearing and noise, and improve working dynamic characteristics of high-pressure gear pump.

Abstract: In order to manage the tug better, efficiently and securely dispatch tug operation, and meet the real-time property, accuracy requirements, the GPS chip of embedding RFID for locating and tracking would be used. Through the wireless Radio Frequency technology and Ethernet, it can complete conveying information between tug and harbor dispatching room, then structure the tug locating and tracking information system. It can real-timely acquire and monitor the tug parameter of position, desired track, operating condition and so on. According to that, it makes real-time dispatching. Efficiently achieve the management in harbor pass, operation and assignments all the time and space.

Abstract: The symbol structure of PDF417 barcode was introduced in detail, and a recognition and decoding system of PDF417 barcode based on software development platform of the LabVIEW virtual instrument was designed and implemented. The system can process and analyze the images containing PDF417 barcode collected by camera in real time, achieve the fast and omnibearing decoding of the barcode.

Abstract: A kind of piezoelectricity acceleration geophone is studied and discussed. carried on its amplitude frequency, phase-frequency characteristic theoretically, obtained the primary factor of the influence on frequency response, and improved in the piezoelectric crystal choice and geophone structure. The theory and the field test result indicated that, this piezoelectricity acceleration geophone has better response characteristic on low frequency and the high-frequency as well as a higher sensitivity, it is one better detection method.
