Abstract: To cope with the challenges of conventional quality design system applied in supply chain, a new method of product lifecycle oriented quality design mode, which integrates voice of customer, quality function deployment (QFD) and failure modes and effect analysis (FMEA), and corresponding organization and function model were all put forward. This mode dealt mainly with constructing and running product lifecycle oriented quality design system, integrated several key technologies such as the integration of QFD and FMEA, task distribution of quality design, integrated technology of computer-supported-collaborative work (CSCW). On the basis of these, applying Java, JSP and JavaServlet to the system, improve working efficiency and shorten the development cycle so as to respond to the fluctuation of market demands as quick as possible. The quality design of some automobile was introduced as an example to verify that the system developed would efficiently meet the requirements of supply chain.

Abstract: To improve the accuracy and efficiency of fabric design CAD, a wavelet-domain Markov model to image texture segmentation from a natural framework for intergrating both local and global information of jacquard fabric image behavior, together with contextual information.Firstly the Daubechies wavelet and tree-structure is selected, then the approach decomposes the low frequency part of the jacquard fabric image. Secondly within the theoretical framework of Markov random field, we construct the grey field distribution model and label field prior model with finite Gaussian mixture algorithm and multi-level logistic algorithm respectively. The experiments for almost 30 warp knitting jacquard fabric images show that this approach is a feasible way for jacquard fabric, and it supplies a theoretical platform for subsequent research.

Abstract: For the thermodynamic functions of simple systems, the expressions of different state parameters are proposed, and the equivalence relations between the different expressions are validated, which shows the diversities and unities of the thermodynamic function expressions. A memory approach of the Maxwell equations are also introduced, which is quicker and more accurate to write out the Maxwell equations, than to use any auxiliary figures.

Abstract: According to the problems in the process of high-density mesh plate that mesh holes of plate is too density and the device screw bar is not long enough for the original equipment, a set process is used to overcome the problems of lying out and fixing for punchers. A simple special tool is designed. Fixed and slide ruler mechanisms are installed in the original machine. Repeat-orientation and several division methods are used, and the stroke of the original machine is increased two times, which successfully solves the processing problems and creates good economic benefits.

Abstract: The scoring process of mulberry fiber was studied in this paper, and through analyzing the impacts of scoring technological parameters to the degumming of mulberry fiber, finally, the optimum technological condition was determined. At the same time, the properties of the fiber were tested and studied.

Abstract: An efficient Call Admission Control (CAC) arithmetic is essential to guarantee QoS for enhancing the utilization of radio resource in multi-traffic CDMA systems. This paper presents a Multi-Class Services Dynamic Mixed Judgment CAC arithmetic. This arithmetic judges a new coming call whether to accept or not based on the remaining resource, the priority of all services and the resource reservation for high priority. When self-similar service is coming, it uses probabilistic access. The results show that this arithmetic can keep better performance.

Abstract: A particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO) is presented for vehicle path planning in the paper. Particle swarm optimization proposed by Kennedy and Eberhart is derived from the social behavior of the birds foraging. Particle swarm optimization algorithm a kind of swarm-based optimization method.The simulation experiments performed in this study show the better vehicle path planning ability of PSO than that of adaptive genetic algorithm and genetic algorithm. The experimental results show that the vehicle path planning by using PSO algorithm has the least cost and it is indicated that PSO algorithm has more excellent vehicle path planning ability than adaptive genetic algorithm,genetic algorithm.
