Abstract: Using AHP method, this paper proposes a risk evaluation index system to analyze the risky factors concerning the BOT financing mode for Xi He Cascade hydropower station on the basis of an quantitative and qualitative analysis. Research shows that the AHP methods can serve as an effective tool to risk evaluation and management of hydropower projects.

Abstract: The object is based on 150S-50 double suction centrifugal pump. At first establish the objective function which is based on the smallest hydraulic losses using the loss extremum method, and build constraint relationship between the parameters of impeller using geometry relationship. In order to get the geometric parameters, it is important to go for optimal calculation for the function using the software called matlab which is based on genetic algorithm. At last modeling, solving the internal flow field and comparing with the previous performance. The result shows that the pump hydraulic efficiency has increased by 0.7% under the normal conditions.

Abstract: Landslide emergency treatment refers to the engineering technology which makes the landslide deformation under control by taking effective mechanical control measure before sliding. Landslides extensively exist in southwestern China, which represent a direct threat not only to the safety of people and facilities in the landslide front areas, but also to that of the major facilities or houses in the slope or the trailing edge areas. While the landslide now has been in the limit equilibrium state, which is very sensitive to external factors; mechanical control measures, such as earth-retaining walls and anti-slide piles, with the disadvantages of mass excavation volume, low construction speed and great interference to the slope, is not conducive to seize the preemptive opportunities of landslide emergency management, to protect the stable and keep the landslide from sliding and temporality protect the major facilities or houses. Hence micro steel pipe pile may after all be accepted as a productive mechanical control measure to, which is simple and easy to carry out and economic and reliable. Taking the example of Wenjialiang landslide emergency repair, this paper studies the important role of micro steel pipe pile in the landslide emergency treatment.

Abstract: The macromeritic tungsten powder was prepared by wet hydrogen reduction at medium temperature; the coarse powder of Ammonium paratungstate powder (APT) was used as raw material. It is obtained by evaporating and crystallizating adding alkalia metal salts in the solution of ammonium tungstate. The microstructure, phase composition and particle size of the macromeritic tungsten powder were investigated by SEM, XRD and test analysis sieves. The effects of kinds, contents of alkali metal salts and the temperature in the reduction were studied. The results revealed that ideal tungsten powder, with the good fluditity, spherical, integrate and well-distributed, could be obtained. The raw material is the solution of ammonium tungstate adding NaCl, Li2CO3 and KCl , the concentration of them are all 3g/L, and it is under the condition of 1000°C,180min in wet hydrogen atmosphere. The average particle size is 67μm, the maximum is 150μm, the biggest loose density is 13.41g/cm3, and the best powder flowability is 9s/50g.

Abstract: This study sourced the 2010 data of 25 Taiwanese life insurance companies, and conducted data envelopment analysis (DEA) to evaluate their operating efficiencies. The results can provide references for insurance companies and relevant institutions. The findings showed that there are nine DMUs with an overall efficiency of 1 under DEA at the single stage. Under DEA production efficiency evaluation, there are 15 DMUs with an overall efficiency of 1. Under second stage investment efficiency evaluation, there are 8 DMUs with an overall efficiency of 1. The management matrix diagram classifies 25 life insurance companies into four types, and suggestions are provided for each type of companies for improvements. The evaluation model of two-stage DEA can help measure operational performance and determine the different operations of each stage. The findings indicated that most companies are high product efficiency and low profit or lower product efficiency and profit than other insurance companies. The result can serve as decision references for relevant supervisory authorizes and investors, and in particular, provide reference indicators for life insurance companies, or the supervisory could modify relevant law under not affecting inventors’ benefits.

Abstract: Recording data for the increasingly diverse needs, the design is using FPGA to achieve the data breakpoint deposit. Choosing NAND Flash K9KAG08U0M as data storage media , the data according to an external command realize erasing ,storage and read-back operation under the control of the FLASH-based FPGA (A3P125). The design of data breakpoints deposit can achieved interruption of data collection, and by reading the data back before the FLASH chip erase operation to comply the repeated use of data acquisition system.

Abstract: In this paper, two different modulation schemes are developed in multiple access relay cooperation with network coding. Performance analysis and simulation results show that there is one point where the two modulation schemes have the same system outage probability. This finding can be utilized to propose an adaptive modulation scheme.
