Abstract: [Purposes] It aims to discover and research on the pedagogical characteristics of Modern information technology environment, its influencing aspects and the supportive role of the modern Information technology on the subject teaching. [Methods and Procedures] It is via the method of systematic analysis and theoretical research, functional development and experimental comparison as well, with a procedure of subject teaching integrating to the environments of hardware, software, resource, web-based of Information technology to establish all these inventive researches. [Results] The disciplines of information technology into the classrooms, its effectiveness will be interfered from a series of factors, such as teachers, students and the environment. It exposes the multidimensional characteristics of its richness, alternative mode, environmental openness and interactive model as well. So, to build an authentic supportive multimedia learning environment with a variety of features for the network learning environment to the creation of conditions for learning and teaching will provide good support for learners, to improve student learning motivation, thereby, promote their self-concepts and mastery of basic skills, establish a more student-centered learning process, higher input and more active processing activity ,consequently, result in higher levels of thinking and promote better recall capability. [Conclusions] Information technology can provide a wide range of disciplines to support learning, via it, the conduction to learning is a learner’s dominance reflection, which allows learners to have a greater self-acquisition and exploration of space for their individualizations and open learning styles.

Abstract: In order to study the performance of asphalt pavement with function layer under temperature-load coupling action, the thickness of surface layer, the module of surface layer and was analyzed to abtain their influence on the function layer stress using the finite element method. The results clearly indicated that it is very effective to prevent the reflection crack by increasing the thickness of asphalt surface layer and it is not obvious to reduce the reflection crack through enhancing the module of asphalt surface layer.

Abstract: The effective areas of triangular lattice photonic crystal fiber (PCF) are analyzed using the finite element method (FEM) both for single-rod and three-rod core PCF. While keeping the normalized wavelength constant, the effective areas of PCF increase with increasing wavelength, it also decrease with increasing ratio of hole diameter over the hole pitch. We also compared the effective area of single-rod core and three-rod core PCF. We find that the effective area of three-rod core PCF is larger than that of single-rod core PCF as the normalized wavelength is small.

Abstract: Ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UAE) method was developed for continued extraction of flavonols and anthocyanins from Blueberry. Response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to optimize experimental conditions for extraction of flavonols and anthocyanins. Three major independent variables such as ultrasonic power (W), extraction time (min), liquid to solid ratio (mL/g) were studied. The optimal extraction conditions of flavonols and anthocyanins were determined as follows: ultrasonic power 512.7 W, extraction time 29.8 min, liquid to solid ratio 9.5:1 mL /g. Under a modified condition (ultrasonic power 510W, extraction time 30 min, liquid to solid ratio 10:1 mL /g), the experimental yields of flavonols and anthocyanins were 0.806mg/g and 2.903mg/g respectively, which were agreed closely with the predicted values (0.804mg/g and 2.899mg/g).

Abstract: The study is conducted for the 3-D seepage field analysis and the seepage control measurements optimization of a hydropower project, which is located in Sichuan Province, China. The seepage control measurements are introduced in this paper. An equivalent method is adopted to simulate drainage holes and the approach of determining equivalent permeability coefficient is presented. The 3-D seepage field with seepage control system is analyzed comprehensively by the water head contours, uplift on the dam foundation, and so on. The necessities of setting the grouting curtain and the drainage holes are discussed respectively. Further the optimal design of the grouting curting and drainage holes of the dam foundation is studied. The results show that special attention should be paid to ensure the well-operation of the seepage control system and the optimization of decreasing the depth of the drainage curtains and grouting curtains properly can be considered.

Abstract: By taking the fillings from the wastewater treatment reactor of a practically stable operation of the BAF, it is to test the lipid phosphorus biomass both in the bio-film and floc in the fillings, and active changing laws of microbes. The experiments show that BAF sewage treatment results from the joint action of bio-film and biological floc. The experiments provide theoretical foundations for the operating mechanism of BAF, packing height and the optimization of backwash time. Due to its high efficiency, energy saving, small area, easy operation and management, Biological Aerated Filter (BAF) technology has become a research focus[1] of a biological wastewater treatment technology in recent years. BAF process is characterized of a lot of filler in the activated sludge, besides the bio-film on the fillings. This sludge contains active living organisms, shed bio-film, suspended matters from the raw sewage and other adsorptions from the wastewater. They are collectively referred to as biological floc. When oxidating and decomposing organic matters in the sewage, it intercepts and adsorb sunken substances. Throughout BAF operation process, it is as irreplaceable as the bio-film.

Abstract: After generating panorama, panoramic browser can display it.In order to develop the browser, Using glscene component developed in Delphi,which encapsulates functions of OpenGL and includes a set of base classes that develop quickly three-dimension graphics system, then putting forward an open format based on XML,which can prevent the display format from confining the data storage format,to show panoramic space of different systems in the brower,and hotspot principle is adopted to achieve different scene switch.

Abstract: This paper is an investigation of the properties of covalently bonded magadiite/polyimide nanocomposites synthesized with magadiite and polyimide(PI). Synthesized magadiite was organically modified by n-hexadecyl trimethyl-ammonium bromide (CTAB) and then grafted by γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane( GPS ) or γ-methacryloxy-propyltrimethoxysilane ( MPS ). XRD confirmed the formation of the CTAB-magadiite and showed that the basal spacing increased from 1.54 to 2.46 nm. Three silylating reagents, APTS ,GPS and MPS, were reacted with the CTAB- exchanged magadiite. The subsequent formation of the organic derivatives was confirmed by XRD (X-ray diffractometer), FTIR (Fourier transform infrared spectrometer), and 29Si CP-MAS NMR (Solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance ) spectra. The copolymerization of the APTS- GPS- and MPS- modified magadiite produced new layered silicate-organic compounds and each one contained covalent bonds between the interlayer spaces. This structure is dissimilar to that produced using conventional clay polymer systems in which the ionic interactions between silicates and organic modifiers are dominant.

Abstract: For running trains according to timetable, it is very important to arrange appropriate arrival and departure tracks to trains transacted by passenger dedicated line station. Builds optimized model of arrival and departure track utilization, the optimization objective is maximizing the sum of weights of trains using tracks, and having the most balanced utilization schedule. For constraints, it is different from existing railway station that the two turnaround trains share the same train-set must be arranged to the same arrival and departure track, and this paper considers the constraint seriously. Taking Beijing South Railway Station inter-city yard as an instance, use the method put forward in this paper to calculate the arrival and departure track utilization schedule. Compared with existing schedule, the result calculated makes the arrival and departure track utilization more balanced.

Abstract: The controller of DDR-SDRAM was designed with Spartan 3 of Xilinx.The design of the controller is made of the initialized program for power on and read/write control program.The design that uses state machine designing method was realized by VHDL language .The design was verified by software simulation of modelsim first,then it was verified by the PCB.The result of test indicates that the design of the controller for DDR-SDRAM met the demand of design and realized the control of the read/write DDR-SDRAM.
