Abstract: The on-line estimation of some key hard-to-measure process variables by using soft-sensor technique has received extensive concern in industrial production process. The precision of on-line estimation is closely related to the accuracy of soft-sensor model, while the accuracy of soft-sensor model depends strongly on the accuracy of modeling data. Aiming at the special character of the definition for outliers in soft-sensor modeling process, an outlier detection method based on k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) is proposed in this paper. The proposed method can be realized conveniently from data without priori knowledge and assumption of the process. The simulation result and practical application show that the proposed outlier detection method based on k-NN has good detection effect and high application value.

Abstract: It took the air-conditioned room as a object of study, and established indoor air flow three-dimensional physical and mathematical models on the basis of the two-equation turbulence model and wall-function. By the numerical simulation of two different forms of upside air-supply bottom-side air-return air distribution modes, indoor air temperature field, velocity field and molecular trace field were obtained, whereby we evaluated the ventilation characteristics of the two kinds of air distribution modes.

Abstract: In this paper ,it analyses the push-extend multi-under-reamed pile in use of elastic-plastic theory by the software ANSYS.It takes four push-extend multi-under-reamed piles which are the same except plates' distance.It introduces the realative theory to make the anlysis much more accuracy.The results which is taken by ANSYS are researched to find out the regularity and can certain the reasonable plate's distance to anlyze the bearing capacity of push-extend multi-under-reamed pile at the same time.

Abstract: Strain softening model;Unified strength theory;Rockmass deterioration model;FLAC3D Abstract:Aiming at the problem that traditional elasto-plastic constitutive models have not been successful in predicting the depth and extent of brittle failed of hard rocks under high geo-stress condition, a new rockmass deterioration model(RDM) based on the unified strength theory is put forward in the basis of strain softening model and cohesion weaking and friction strengthening (CWFS)model. In the new model, the influence of intermediatemain stress to characteristic of rockmechanics is considered. Based on the method of lagrangian finite difference, a finite difference format of unified strain- softening elastoplastic model with strength parameters of c and φ is established. The constitutive unified elastoplastic model is imported into FLAC3D using a dynamic-link library file developed by VC++.Based on the new model, the traditional triaxial tests (with different confining pressure) and true triaxial tests (with intermediate principal stress ratio) are simulated in FLAC3D, and the measured data are compared with the results that are are simulated by strain softening model and CWFS model. The analytic results suggest that the rockmass deterioration model based on the twin shear unified strength theory has more strong applicability

Abstract: In this paper, the definitions of workflow context and its formal description for manufacturing information based on RDF/S (Resource Description Framework/Schema) are studied. And then, the logical structure and structure storeage of the independent context space are built. On the basis above, the parse mechanism of the information needs and the search mechanism of manufacturing information are studied. The algorithms of semantic search and user requirement extraction based on workflow context are developed.

Abstract: In this study, Regenerated chrome tanning agent is prepared from chrome sludge by hydrogen peroxide oxidation. The regenerated chrome tanning agent was characterized by IR which reveals that organic acid and protein polypeptide combined with chrome have been mostly removed. A small part of organic acid and protein polypeptide, not oxidized, increases the masking effect of the product. The application results show that the shrinkage temperature (Ts) of wet blue leather can reach 100°C and the leather has good feeling of handle and fullness which shows it has same properties with commercial chrome tanning agent.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that there is no appropriate testing method for the purchasing process of sealing washer in hydraulic support producing company at present, the author designed a test bed used to test the seal performance of hydraulic cylinder in the mine hydraulic support to provide database supports for purchasing sealing washer for hydraulic support manufacturers, by using the performance testing system of sealing washer worked upright column for hydraulic support. The introduction of the principles, constitutions and functions of the test bed will be shown in this paper. After a number of experiments, it is reflected by the practical applications that the test bed is operating stably, accurately and efficiently which could be used for testing sealing washer.

Abstract: In this paper, the PSO algorithm is improved, and take mutate of idea into PSO, namely algorithm not set particle boundaries constraints to make them limited in the search interval, but produce the same number of random particle replace those particles of flying away from the search area. Put forward a kind of improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. Use three input XOR problem to improve algorithm testing, the results show that the improved algorithm in the convergence speed and global search ability is superior to the PSO and SGA algorithm, and avoid the prematurity and local convergence.

Abstract: Based on the standard particle swarm optimization, introduce the information about negative gradient to influence the update of velocities of the particles, proposed the particles swarm optimization with negative gradient , and make the movement of particles more pertinent. The result of computer simulation about several test functions indicates that the particle swarm optimization with negative gradient can improve optimization efficiency and get better results.
