Abstract:

So far, there isn’t more general research review of relationship about TQM and organization innovation. This article summarizes literatures of TQM and its elements, organization innovation and its influence factors and their relationship. It aims at offering reference for the future relevant study, and combines the current research status, points out the future research direction.
