The Influence Factors Analysis on Response Speed of Agile Supply Chain

Abstract:

This paper points out that the rapid response is the core competitiveness of agile supply chain, discerns influence factors on response speed effectively, and expounds how these factors influence the operational efficiency of the agile supply chain. Finally, it provides reference to enterprise about how to analyze various factors on response speed and improve related factors by constructing grey correlation model.
