Abstract: Using SYSWELD to simulate welding temperature field for TIG welding of aluminum alloy sheet, The transient temperature field distribution and features of the thermal cycle curve is given. As a result, the calculated data is in good agreement with literature data, the model can provide a basis for technical parameters optimization during the process of TIG welding of aluminum alloy.

Abstract: High-density AlN ceramics were fabricated under high pressure, in a cubic anvil high-pressure and high-temperature apparatus. This work provided that the method is capable of producing high-density AlN ceramics at a sintering temperature as low as 1300°C in a relatively short sintering time. And the growth model of AlN ceramics was pointed out and the proper explanation of its related phenomena were given in detail in this paper.

Abstract: This paper refers to Nissan Tino series models as the research object, the power source of the vehicle makes reasonable distribution by a kind of optimization control strategy of the energy, in order to improving the efficiency of the energy conservation. The experimental data was compared by the advisor software simulation to control strategy, it is verified the effectiveness of the energy saving efficiency.

Abstract: This paper presents the fabrication and construction of the aluminum target chambers for SGIII laser facilities. The technical difficulty of the vacuum seal weld for the large scale aluminum target chamber has been overcome by using the special designed processing fixtures, the support and clamp fixtures, and double face multi-pass GMAS process in protective temporary enclosures. The mean pointing error of the 144 ports of the TIL chamber is 0.09mm on NC machine tool through the special designed index rotate mechanism. The field precision fabrication and construction of SGIII chamber has been achieved by the special drilling machine for accurately boring holes, the special fixture for accurately positioning the ports in the holes for welding, the laser tracker, the adjustment mechanism, and the custom machined spacers. The alignment error is 0.3mm to 0.4mm. The helium spray probe leak testing and the nondestructive inspection were employed to ensure the vacuum performance. The whole vacuum leak checking has been done. The integrity leak rate of the target chambers were less than 1×10-10Pa.m3/s. The shooting experiments showed that both chambers have satisfied the vacuum and precision requirements of experiments.

Abstract: In this paper, anatomical characters and tissue proportion of fast-growing Toona ciliata samples from Guangzhou was investigated assisted with the light microscope and image analysis system based on the principle of stereology. Qualitative and quantitative data were presented for purposes of identification. Results showed that fast growing T. ciliata was coarse texture with wide growth ring of 3~5cm.The ray proportion was 12.12%-25.56%, the mean value was 17.98%, increasing with time-dependent relevance. The vessel-elements proportion was 6.37%-10.00%, the mean value was 7.40%, increasing then declining and finally increasing. The fiber and other tissue proportion was 67.06%-79.92%, the mean value was 74.62%, declining by year.

Abstract: ZnSe is important Ⅱ-Ⅵ semiconductor luminescence materials, and it is the structure of sphalerite and is the face-centered cubic crystal. W/O microemulsion method has the peculiarity of tester simpleness, easy manipulation, room temperature react etc. In this paper ZnSe nanometer line was synthesized in CTAB/cyclohexane/isobutanol/water quatemary microemulsion system. The morphology of the final products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy. according to the means, this paper researches the effect of aging time and the reactant contentration to nanometer materials. The result is that the nanometer line can be obtained through the different reactant concentration and the aging time under certain conditions. Finally, according to TEM chart, this paper infers the formation mechanism of the ZnSe.

Abstract: Motor drive control is the major study field in the development of lunar rover. Based on the double-closed DC loop adjustable-speed system, a motor drive simulation module using a position recursive PID control algorithm is developed, which is integrated into the multi-body dynamics simulation system, to carry out the whole lunar rover simulation. And the cruise process of lunar rover locomotion in the complex lunar terrain is simulated in a virtual environment.

Abstract: The paper honeycomb is a strain-rate-sensitive material. It is significant to predict the mechanical properties of paper hoenycomb at different strain rate for optimizing packaging design. According to the Cowper-Symonds equation, the influence of the strain rate on the paper honeycomb was studied, and the characterization parameters were found by parameter fitting. It provides a reference for optimizing design of paper honeycomb.

Abstract: The research finds out some existing certain regularity, and further revises the formula D=D∞(1-e-ml). The formula means the relationship between ink thickness and ink in density. By using the formal of one-color ink thickness and ink density, the second density that correspond the first major density is transferred to the equal thickness. Then they are added together. According to the formula the real ink density is calculate. Then use the above formula to work out ink thickness. In this way, overprint densities come out, and make contrast with the actual measure data, so the new model formula is built up. The result shows that the average error between the overprint density calculated by ink thickness and the actual measure data is about 0.07. However, the average error between the calculated density using the simple adding method and the actual measure data is about 0.5, so this method is practical and more accurate.

Abstract: Computed tomography is used in 13 clinic cases with bone malignant tumor to get 2-dimensional data of diseased area. Reconstruction of 3- dimensional anatomical model, excision range of bone, designing of individual surgical template and bone prosthesis was accomplished preoperatively by computers. Based on computer-assisted-design (CAD) proposal, we cut the tumor accurately, and use allografts bone with personalized prosthesis to reconstruct the bone defect after tumor excision. It is concluded that we can design excision range of bone easily, cut them accurately, reconstruct bone defect of diseased area precisely with the CAD technology.
