Abstract: Make nano-scale Al doped with SiC by combustion synthesis with Si, C and Al powder as the raw materials. This kind of nano-scale Al doped with SiC boasts high infrared radiance, and thus can be used for energy conservation of thermal equipments at 800~1500°C. Details include: adopt the synthetize nano ceramic powder of high emissivity at low expense to compound coatings, and deposit the coating at the inwall of thermal kilns to make perfect combination so as to keep high emission rate for the purpose of saving energy in the subsequent process of actual use.

Abstract: Hot dip galvanizing is being widely used to the numerous constructional steels such as a guard rail of high way, various types of structural steel for manufacturing ship and for some other fields etc.. Recently, the cost of zinc is getting higher and higher, thus, a proper manufacturing process should be developed possibly to reduce the cost of production. one of hot dip galvanizing process, that is, acid cleaning process is very important to control more effective coating. However, acid solution is deteriorated with increasing its using time because dissolved iron from structural steel due to continuous acid cleaning was increasingly increased, and which is resulted in coating badness and increment of dross. In this study, elimination of iron dissolved in acid solution was investigated with some types of inner solution added with additives such as seawater, NH4OH, NaOH, NH4Cl and thiourea, and electrolysis experiment was carried out with parameters of applied current density. For elimination of iron from acid cleaning solution through electrolysis, it is considered that inner barrel with separator should be filled with solution different from original acid cleaning solution which is involved in iron ion, that is , the inner solution which is made up seawater added with additives such as NH4OH(10g) , NaOH(3.5g) and thiourea(0.5g) is the most desirable solution to effectively extract iron from acid cleaning solution. An optimum applied current density for the most extraction effect of iron through electrolysis experiment is thought to be 50mA/cm2 .

Abstract: The user interface of FANUC CNC system provides only the basic functions, leading to the state and performance of the real-time data can’t be shown to the users, and affect the machining accuracy, efficiency and machine maintenance. A method is proposed that the independent user interface of FANUC CNC system developed in C language for secondary, designed the friendly Human-Machine interface. The function of the interface have real-time processing to extract the status screen、classification detection devices screen、self-diagnosis display screen、help information display screen etc. After the application of CNC machine, the machine failure rate has dropped, the maintenance time has be reduced, and it can reflect the designer's intent and style of the machine manufacturer.

Abstract: Restaurant dynamic orders selection problem is an important issue in operational profits. Restaurant managers face many pressures, i.e. cook facilities and customer satisfaction, etc., therefore, they schedule orders in a manual (First-come-first-serve) way and do not willing pay more attention to orders selection problem. In order to satisfy customer’s needs, restaurants always loose profits day by day due to add more manpower and equipments. The main purpose of this research is to construct a dynamic order selection approach to maximize a restaurant profits. This study followed cloud computing approach for solving applied mathematic research topics. The proposed new approach, it hybrid Apache server and PHP coding techniques; furthermore, it contained the optimization tools, which were coding by this study using PHP language to precede revised simplex methods mixed branch-and-bound algorithm. Through validations, we found that the proposed approaches would help to increased 214% profits in practical restaurant. Future research suggests applied this approach to others industries’ dynamic orders selection problems.

Abstract: The water cooling system of 1.5MW rotor is evaluated using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). 48 cooling holes are opened on the rotor stator to arrange the water cooling pipes, the temperature of inlet of the cooling water is 50 C with the velocity 1.2m/s. It is found that the air gap between the cooling pipes and holes on the stator hinders the heat exchange extensively. For this reason, the cooling system can't meet the design requirement. In order to solve this problem, the pourable silicone is filled in the gap between the cooling pipes and holes to enhance thermal conductivity. Based on this idea, ten kinds of piping arrangements are proposed, among which, nine kinds can achieve the cooling requirement.

Abstract: The influence of cavitation in a lubricant between textured surfaces on tribological performances of the surfaces was investigated based on an extended Reynolds equation and other associated equations. The tribological performances of the surfaces holding dimples with divergent-convergent shape were analyzed with the cavitation effect consideration at different dimple numbers. In doing so, the elastic deformation of the surface is evaluated using continuous convolution fast Fourier transform (CC-FFT). Some mechanisms are revealed about the cavitation effect on the friction coefficient, friction force, load-carrying capacity and cavitated area of the textured surfaces.

Abstract: Abstract: NiCoCrAlYSiHf coatings have been prepared by arc ion plating (AIP) on CrNi3MoVA steel ,which their microstructure and isothermal oxidation behavior at 950°C studied using SRD,SEM and EDAX. The results indicate that NiCoCrAlYSiHf coatings substantially increase the high-temperature oxidation resistance of CrNi3MoVA steel and the oxidation process was retarded mainly by the presence of α-Al2O3 oxide scale on the coating. Meanwhile, the major diffusion occured between the substrate element Fe and the coating element Co while Cr mainly distributed in the coating.

Abstract: Based on generalized non-Newtonian fluid with seven parameters Cross-WLF viscosity model and modified 2-domain Tait model, the injection process of short glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene is simulated with a true 3D model. The effects of gate location on clamp force, fiber orientation and parts deformation are investigated. The results show that: (1) Clamp force of the 3rd scheme that gate location is set on the center of long-side is the largest and that of the 1st scheme that gate location is set on the center of top is the smallest. (2)Because of shear stress, in the direction of thickness, the distributions of fiber orientation are layered orderly, namely, the degree of fiber orientation in core layer is the lowest, but that in subsurface layer is the highest. While perpendicular to the shear flow, the layering distribution isn’t obvious. (3) Compared the three schemes in respect of clamp force and parts deflection, the 3rd scheme is the poorest, which should not be adopted as can as possible, while the 1st scheme and 2nd scheme are reasonable.

Abstract: The effect of rare earth metals on inclusions and impact toughness of 2205 duplex stainless steel were studied by SEM and electron spectroscopy. Thermodynamic calculation was used to analyze the formation of RE inclusions in 2205 duplex stainless steel. The result shows that aluminosilicate compound inclusion and sulfide inclusion can be entirely replaced by RE2O2S and RES. Fracture is changed from cleavage to ductile fracture by adding RE to the 2205 duplex stainless steel, and the spherical rare earth oxysulfide inclusions-RE2O2S in the dimple are the main factors. The transverse impact value of 2205 duplex stainless stainless steel has been improved obviously by RE. The transverse impact value of RE-2205 is increased 20.49% at the temperature of -40°C, comparing with 0RE-2205.
