Abstract: Based on ABAQUS, the strain and stress on the drive axle housing is obtained by the static analyses. Through the model analysis, the inherent frequencies and mode shapes of front 10 order modes are obtained respectively. According to damage accumulation theory and the rain-flow counting method, and the amplitudes and mean values of counted cycles can be determined. Fatigue analysis of automotive drive axle housing under the sine load spectrum are analyzed by applying ABAQUS/FE-SAFE software, and the overall fatigue life contours and distribution of hazardous area are obtained. Under the results of analysis, the improved design of automotive drive axle housing is made. Therefore, the new methods for improving life distribution and design of automotive drive axle housing are proposed in this paper.

Abstract: A QI-free coal tar pitch prepared by solvent extraction from a soft coal tar pitch was subjected to a series of thermal treatments at a predetermined temperature for different holding times. The development of mesophase was discussed in terms of its size and content in the heat-treated pitches. Results showed that the size and yield of the dispersed mesophase spheres in the isotropic matrix strongly depended on the holding temperatures. When the holding temperature was less than 400 °C, only a few of small spheres formed in the mesophase pitches. However, when the holding temperature was over 420 °C, the diameter and yield of mesophase spheres in the heat-treatment pitches increased progressively with increase of the holding time. Treatment at 440 °C for 4h led to 19.9 % of the yield and the average sphere radius was 4.5-100 . In the SEM photograph of mesocarbon microbeads obtained from the heat-treated pitches using soxhlet extraction. Many small flaky particles and sporadic rugby ball-shaped particles were observed as well as a large number of spherical particles.

Abstract: In order to evaluate volatile organic compounds (VOC) from asphalt, this paper explored to use ultraviolet and visible spectroscopy (UV-VIS) as the detection method of VOC. 288nm wavelength was selected as the characteristic absorption wavelength of VOC, finding that VOC quality and its absorbance value showed a good linear relationship which could be the basis for evaluation in this research. Experiments were carried out under different conditions, results of which showed that VOC emission was related to temperatures and asphalt specimens. Moreover, VOC emission increased with increasing temperatures. Results under non-high temperatures conditions showed that VOC emission during its service process should not be ignored.

Abstract: The double channel function of Siemens 840d numerical control system collected the input data needed by BP neural network model. Combined with detection lift error in actual process of machining CAM, the detecting lift error is predicted with using of BP neural network model designed by the neural network toolbox and the train of neural network. The test results of this method are proved to achieve the predicted effect, which means that can be used in the CAM processing lift error prediction.

Abstract: Tire production of fine particles of powder composition and the mechanical arrangement of tool methods of efficiency of the larger craft. Fine particles of cutting edge cutting machine is a small gap between the edge of the particles produced can not exercise the role of the crowded file. File can not be cut and milled to achieve simultaneously. Multi-blade knife and bevel knife gap between the tool installation form. Between powder particles in the twice cut or ground to reduce the powder particle size cheddar and improve work efficiency results.

Abstract: Competitive advantage and more profit and eliminating wastes will cause organizations to use new methods and techniques to enhance their performance and reduce the wastes and inventory in their production process. To achieve these goals, statistical methods such as simulation and mathematically method such as Entropy weighting is used to evaluate the weight and importance of factors in implementation of Just in Time philosophy in manufacturing systems. To certify the results of this research a case study is presented which is a part of production line of one company in IRAN. The result will be discussed about the effects of factors on production line and decision making process for managers.

Applying Deformation Resistance Estimation Method to Predict Nine Stand Hot Strip Mill Rolling Force
Abstract: The rolling force of the nine stand hot continuous rolling production line is predicted on the base of the deformation resistance estimation method. The predicted error is turned out to be about 10% through the comparing analysis of the predicted rolling force and actual rolling force, which proves the feasibility of the forecasting model. One can get the deformation resistance without experiments by using this method, besides, this method works in a high speed.

Abstract: Combined with the fluid mechanics, heat transfer and cooling experiments of grinding to obtain the conclusions: the water vapor with certain pressure and temperature has large heat transfer coefficient and can significantly reduce the temperature of grinding zone in grinding process. Firstly, simulates the temperature filed with water vapor as coolants in grinding field to obtain its temperature distributing situation using software of ANSYS. Then, research the influences of different grinding parameters to the grinding temperature field and grinding temperature distribution along the depth direction of the specimen. In the end, contrasts the data between simulation and experiment of grinding temperature to prove scientific properties of the finite element method simulation.

Abstract: The formation of helical nanostructure is investigated for donor/acceptor system. The helices of the supramolecular nanofibres can be revealed by atom force microscope (AFM) and circular dichroism (CD) measurement. The expermental results show the Py-Per-Py can self assembly into helical nanofibres. The controlled experiments on the compound Py-e-Per-e-Py with symmetrical conformation indicates the formation of helical nanofibres may be attributed to asymmetrical conformation.

Abstract: Uyghur carpet is spun by folk artists with exquisite workmanship and enjoys high appreciation from both domestic and foreign consumers with its particularly chosen fabric and exquisite weaving technique. Uyghur carpet has distinct national characteristics and intense local color, so it is renowned as “Oriental” carpet with unique style. This article focuses on the account of the history, craftsmanship and pattern of Uyghur carpet.
