Abstract:
Aimming at the main failure modes such as the metal saw blade wearing and tearing too fast and short working life, this paper researched the influence of the vertex angle to the stress and it’s distribution using ANSYS. On the basis of static analysis, taking smaller stress and reasonable distribution as destination, the optimal vertex angle is obtained.
