The Influence of Dispersant on the Forming Process of Alumina Ceramic

Article Preview

Abstract:

The influence of two kinds of dispersants PMAA-NH4 and PMAA-Na on the stability, rheology, solid volume content, green body strength, green body microstructure and dielectric property of the alumina ceramic slurry was studied. It is shown that two kinds of dispersants can reduce the particle agglomeration of ceramic slurry, which makes particle dispersion more uniform to produce high-performance alumina ceramic.
