Abstract: Ice and snow cleaning on the road has been the disturbing issue in northern cities. A series of problems resulting from ice and snow also have caused loss to people’s lives and national economy, such as traffic congestion and frequent accidents. Moreover the resource waste exits due to irrational development and utilization. In this paper based on the recycle and utilization system of urban street rainwater, heating cable assemblies are added and the collection, melting, chemical and biological treatment and reuse of ice and snow are finally achieved through remote control, providing the advanced research ideas for the reclamation and utilization of urban rainwater and snow and water cycle.

Abstract: With the development of power systems, the problem of security, stability and economics has become increasingly important. Reliable real-time data base is the foundation of analysis of the systems security and stability. Power system state estimation is used to build reliable real-time model of the power network. It has the on-line security analysis function. Power systems are large, complex systems containing highly nonlinear components. Therefore, traditional approaches often have difficulties in finding the optimal solution efficiently. Artificial intelligence techniques are being applied to a wide range of practical problems in power system. With their ability to some laws of nature and mimic human reasoning, AI techniques such as fuzzy logic and genetic algorithm seem to be more efficient in dealing with large systems and complex problems. Artificial intelligence techniques have been applied in power system applications. This paper presents a method of adaptive genetic algorithm and fuzzy logic applied in phasor measurement placement and bad data identification. And simulation is evaluated on IEEE 22-bus power system.

Abstract: Octadecyl-functionalized monolithic silica capillary columns with inner diameters of 100 and 200 micrometers for reversed-phase capillary liquid chromatography were prepared in the fused-silica capillary via sol-gel process. Their performance was evaluated and compared by the separation of alkylbenzenes (toluene, ethylbenzene, propylbenzene, butylbenzene). The column back pressure and linear velocity of mobile phase were investigated. The results show that the monolithic silica capillary columns exhibit good performance for the separation of alkylbenzenes.

Abstract: Human interference has influence the species diversity, some even lead to the loss of diversity. Flora composition and species diversity features of broad-leaved forest community under the influence of human activity at the Yaoluoping natural reserve of Anhui Province were analyzed. According to the statistics from 10 sample plots, there are 62 species (including varieties) of 50 genus belonging to 38 families of vascular plants. There are various plants in the community of broad-leaved forest, and its family and genus are of scattered composition. Their floral composition is complicated. The species diversity index of different layers shows: tree layer>=shrub layer>herb layer.

Abstract: Preferentially oriented Al-doped ZnO thin films with doping concentration of 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 mol% respectively were prepared on glass substrates via sol-gel route. The crystallinity of films was characterized by X-ray diffraction and the surface morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that ZnO:Al films at low doping concentration (1, 2 mol%) grow into dense homogenous microstructure. However, as for high doping concentration (3, 5, 10 mol%), Al3+ precipitate in the form of amorphous Al2O3 and ZnO:Al films exhibit heterogeneous nucleation and exceptional growth of the big plate-like crystals at the interface of the amorphous Al2O3 and ZnO:Al matrix.

Abstract: The response time and limited resources in embedded system graphic interactive interface is not a small risk. This paper describes an implementation based on Philips ARM7TDMI LPC2104 microcontroller and lightweight Bluetooth interactive graphical interface. The paper indicates from the hardware design, software application development two aspects and puts forward a graphical interface based on Bluetooth technology system implementation process, comparing the different systems of other graphic design features.

Abstract: Prepared porous titanium dioxide film on the titanium matrix by micro-arc oxidation(MAO) method. Using SEM, XPS, XRD, Raman and other testing methods, the titanium dioxide film was characterized. In the ultraviolet radiation, the effect of MAO titanium dioxide film on the degradation rate of Rhodamine B solution was measured, after 180 minutes, 90% Rhodamine B solution was degraded.

Abstract: An aperiodic fiber grating with asymmetric reflection spectrum structure is studied, and its spectrum characteristics are described by an introduced parameter, the spectrum profile slope, which can measure the spectrum asymmetric property. Based on the fiber gratings with asymmetric reflection spectra, a new sort of tunable narrow band-pass fiber grating filter is designed as its application, whose characteristics, namely working wavelength, band width, and tunable range, are analyzed as well.

Abstract: The composite materials was made using high-viscosity clay as carrier, activated carbon as adsorbent, and titanium dioxide as photocatalyst .The effect of its photocatalytic degradation activity of Rhodamine B was studied. The results showed that the catalytic activity got the maximun at pH of the reaction solution 10, the composite dosage of 5g, calcination temperature of 550°C, activated carbon: titanium dioxide as 0.75:1.

Abstract: Leaching rate is one of the key parameters in the nickel stir leaching process of sulfuric acid and it is hard to online measure directly due to a lot of uncertain facts. In this paper, the prediction model of nickel leaching rate is established by least squares identification method. A controller combining predictive control(PFC) and PID control is designed to control nickel leaching rate in stir leaching process of sulfuric acid and better results of leaching rate control is proved by computer simulation.
