The Control System Design Based on PLC for Low-Pressure Sealed Cabin

Article Preview

Abstract:

The air pressure, flow, temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide, oxygen and other environment variables in a sealed cabin are regarded as the simulated and measured objects in this control system. Siemens S7-200PLC is used as control core and Smart 700 touch screen is used as host computer, communication between them is accomplished through the PPI Protocol. The low-pressure sealed cabin mainly used to study the reaction mechanism and the resistance of human who living in the plateau. Meanwhile, it has extensive application value in mountaineering, sports, clinical medicine and many other fields.
