Abstract:

Comprehensive considering wet friction influence factors, such as material parameter, geometry, lubricate condition of friction, The MM1000 friction thermal model has been built through the software, Abaqus. Under the iSIGHT environment, outstanding influencing factors of wet friction thermal field has been researched through integrating Abaqus, the result showed that outstanding influencing factors of thermal field include thermal capacity of friction material, thermal capacity of pair material, heat conductivity of pair material. Convection heat transfer coefficient, friction coefficient, thickness of friction layer have lesser affection on thermal field in short time
