The Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Tapered Bearing Retainer and Optimized Selection of Mould Parameters
Abstract:
This article mainly studies about the stamping processing of the tapered bearing retainer which mainly presents the finite element simulation of the tapered bearing retainer stamping process using Deform software. The author put forwards that how to analyze the stress and strain distribution laws, the shear stress, the stamping force and their influence law, also analyzes the influence the main parameter has on the stamping process and make the optimized selection.
