Application of the Nanocrystalline Alloy in Stress Measuring

Article Preview

Abstract:

Because nanocrystalline alloy material has some good soft magnetic properties, so it has been already widely uses in many kinds of the sensor. The stress measurement method based on nanocrystalline alloy is one of its lot of the application in the sensor. This kind of stress measuring technique was analyzed theoretically, then a measurement experiment was made in one-way stress and two-way stress using the Fe-base nanocrystalline alloy strip in the laboratory. The results of the test have showed that this stress measurement method is higher measurement sensitiveness and precision.
