Orthogonal Experiment of Wave Absorption Property for Three-Layer Absorbing Structure Composite Material Plates
Abstract:
Three-layer Absorbing Structure Composite Material Was Designed According to Impedance-matching and Attenuation Principles. in this Construction the Surface Layer Contained MnO2, the Intermediate Layer Fe(CO)5 , and the Bottom Layer Graphite. the Effects on the Wave Absorbing Properties of Varying the Absorbing Agent Content in each Layer of Three-layer Plates Were Investigated by Orthogonal Experiment. the Results Showed the Optimal Composition of Absorption Peaks Occurred with a Content of MnO2 in the Surface Layer of 30Wt%, a Content of Fe(CO)5 in the Intermediate Layer of 20Wt%, and a Content of Graphite in the Bottom Layer of 40Wt%. this Combination Produced a Peak Absorption of -29.05 Db. the Optimal Composition for Wider Bandwidth Occurred with a Content of MnO5 in the Surface of 10Wt%, a Content of Fe(CO)5 in the Intermediate Layer of 20Wt%, and a Content of Graphite in the Bottom Layer of 40Wt%. Further in-depth Study Will Research Optimization of both Factors to Gain Greater Absorption Peaks and Wider Bandwidth. the Findings of this Research Will Have Value in Engineering Applications of Functional Composite Materials.
