Braking Performance Analysis for Light Duty Vehicle Matched with Braking Force Regulator

Article Preview

Abstract:

Braking performance of fixed distribution of braking force for a light duty vehicle was analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the pressure regulating characteristics of braking force regulator and the ideal braking pressure distribution of a light duty vehicle, the reasonable matching method of inertia proportioning valve was provided. After theoretical computation and road test, the results showed that braking performance was obviously increased and braking stability and safety was improved.
