Abstract: Fluctuation of security and flux, when natural circulation was halted in primary circuit of low temperature nuclear heating reactor by experiment during small break loss of coolant accident was studied. This is one of disadvantage aspect to such system. The results of this paper was Heated component won’t burn out while SBLOCA in lower cone in low temperature heating reactor. It was valuable suggestions on the development of commercial nuclear heating reactor.

Abstract: Energy is the essential strategic material to the national economy and national defense. Throughout the trend of the modern and future wars, military equipment has always been inseparable from the energy support. Confronting with serious challenges, ease the oil crisis only by strengthening the strategic petroleum reserve, or improve the efficiency of oil is not a long-term strategy. This paper analyzes the current grim situation of the world's energy, as well as its influence to economic, political and military levels through the latest data and charts. Briefly summarize the major energy strategy of U.S. army, list and describe its latest new energy research, development approach and its applications in military equipment. Finally, make suggestions to reduce energy consumption, use alternative energy, carry out resource-ability studies and other aspects of our equipment.

Abstract: Nuclear energy, to some extent, has made great contributions to the electronic industry when the fossil fuels are decreasing. Therefore, scientism drives man indulged in his discoveries about nuclear energy, naively believing the nuclear power as an alternative energy for it is reliable, clean, secure and economical. After the nuclear accidents which happened in the Three Mile Island and Chernobyl, especially March 2011, the world-shocking earthquake happened in Japan as well as the nuclear leakage in Fukushima nuclear plant led us to reconsider the development and application of the nuclear energy. From our perspective, how to develop the nuclear energy depends on people’s attitude towards modern science and technology. Man should step out of the limit of scientism, be aware of how much science and technology can do on human beings’ progress under the guideline of the holism that complies with nature, and how application of the nuclear energy goes well with the whole ecological system rather than partially exaggerate its achievements against nature.

Abstract: In this article we present our evaluation of the service life of the 6/10kv nuclear power plant electrical cables joint developed by our school and cooperative enterprise. The evaluation is based on the thermal life equation evolved from the Arrhenius equation: Log τ = a + b / T. Taking into account the effects of the manufacturing process on the service life of the cable, all of our samples are chosen directly from the factory finished product. The material of the first sample is cross-linked polyethylene, and the material of the second sample is low-smoke non-halogen cross-linked polyolefin. In our service life evaluation test design scheme, the test temperature is selected as 135 °C -180 °C, and the temperature range is 15 °C. The end-of-life elongation at break is by 220% for the first sample, and 140% for the second sample. In the article, we discuss the experiment process in more detail, and we keep accurate records of the relevant data. To improve the accuracy, we use the least squares method to process the test data. The results show that the service life of the cable can be up to 60 years and fully meet the design standards and user requirements.

Abstract: Weighted element method is proposed in this paper to improve the accuracy of calculating storage capacity of geothermal reservoirs. By making full use of all geothermal wells in the calculation region,this method had been proposed by the author in 2011,which is defined by every three neighboring geothermal wells. The calculation region is divided into many calculation elements. As a result, the entire calculation region of the distribution parameters is discretized into independent in each element with lumped parameters. The arithmetic mean of three-node parameters in each element is used as the lumped parameter, and the block with the same set of parameters is divided into calculation regions as small as possible. The effect of one element as well as its parameters in the entire.Calculation region depends on the weight of the area of this element in the whole calculation area. The weighted element method can be used to calculate the volumetric water storage capacity of geothermal fluids, elastic release storage capacity, geothermal storage capacity of volume water, geothermal energy storage capacity of elastic releasing water, geothermal storage capacity of geothermal reservoir rocks for each element, respectively. The storage capacities of various elements and the entire calculation regions can be calculated with superposition. The proposed approach was used to calculate the storage capacity of geothermal resources in Gaoling Formation of Xi’an Depression, in which data of 57 existing geothermal wells were available. If the geothermal energy recovery is set at 10% and the exploitation remains stable, the geothermal energy contained in the geothermal reservoir can be extracted for more than 7,000 years. Under the current conditions of exploitation technology, the actual geothermal energy that can be effectively exploited and used is 1915.6025×109kcal, which is equivalent to standard coal of 27.36575×104t.

Abstract: Tidal energy is a kind of new energy which is both renewable and pollution-free so that the tidal power generation is increasingly popular in the world. This paper is with respect to the current situation and prospects of development to the tidal power generation at home and abroad, from which it is realized that countries around the world set out the exploitation and utilization of tidal power generation as early as last century by carrying out a great quantity of research and practice, and building numerous tidal power generation stations. As we all know, water turbine generating units are absolutely necessary for tidal power generation. So this paper also refers to the water turbine generating units used in some tidal power generation stations and briefly presents their characteristics as well.

Abstract: With the increasing demand of energy, as a clean green renewable energy, ocean wave energy is paid much attention by the countries especially those along coasts. So far, wave power generation technology has experienced decades of development. In this paper, the development and the main wave power generation devices are introduced, moreover, the latest applications of wave energy and existing problems on wave power generation technology are presented.

Abstract: Under the energy crisis, the development of new energy has become one of the top issues for countries in the world. In-stream tidal power is a young generation technology to exploit the tidal energy, whose potential has been attached great importance to by many countries. Turbine is the core components of the in-stream tidal power generation system. In this paper the relatively mature technology is summarized extensively. Recent years many countries have pay a lot of attentions to in-stream tidal power and set the future development goals. For both the development stage and installed capacity China have a larger gap with western foreign, but the research of the in-stream tidal power device in China already has made great progress, and the development of in-stream tidal power generation technologies has show great advantages in the protection of the environment, sustainable development of economic and social and mitigation of the energy crisis.

Abstract: The research aims to develop inorganic thermal-insulating materials of high performance, decrease high geothermal emissions from hot rock to the roadway, reduce the roadway airflow temperature, and achieve mine cooling and energy saving eventually. Firstly, the best proportion of inorganic thermal-insulating materials of high performance was designed, and a test model for thermal conductivity and mechanical analysis has been built. And through the test of thermal-insulating of the material and mechanical properties, the relation equations between vitreous micro-bead content (the main agent of thermal-insulating material) and thermal conductivity, uniaxial compressive strength, confined compressive strength have been obtained respectively. Secondly, the feature, the fitting and coupling features between the experimental models and engineering conditions in practice were analyzed comparatively, which could provide theoretical basis for the design and application of thermal-insulating materials of high performance. The industrial test shows that with thermal-insulating materials of high performance in application, the roadway airflow temperature was reduced significantly and could meet the requirements of mine pressure. Therefore, the research could offer an effective way for the mine thermal-insulating and cooling under high geothermal conditions.

Abstract: In this article, we use observations of the Hubble parameter from the differential ages of passively evolving galaxies to constrain the New Agegraphic Dark Energy(NADE) model. The NADE is a single-parameter model. The constraint giving the best fit of the parameter is n=2.89. It is in consistent with other analyses by Hao Wei et al.( Wei, H 2007).
