Developing Two-Oriented Energy to Build Two-Oriented Society Based on the Construction of Wuhan City Circle

Abstract:

Based on the Wuhan City Circle, this paper will concentrate on how important it is to develop and promote the Two-oriented energy, especially for the construction of the Two-oriented society. Then the concept of Two-oriented energy will be introduced. In the following, the paper will generalize the development and promotion of the Two-oriented energy as well as its development initiatives. Finally, it is to present the shortage of the construction of the Two-oriented energy in the Wuhan City Circle and some countermeasures.
