Abstract:

Japan and China are the powers of energy consumption and importing. Since Japan’s Fukushima nuclear accident, the question of nuclear safety will influence on Japan's energy strategy. After the nuclear crisis, Japan will adjust their energy strategies, increase oil imports, expend its energy competition with China in the Far East, so, China will need a strategy to deal with this changing situation.
