Construct the Environmental Economic Policy System of Jilin Province

Abstract:

During The "eleventh five-year plan" period, Jilin greatly promoted the construction of pollution treatment project by implementing the reduction measures, COD of the main pollutants and the sulfur dioxide emissions get controlled basically, environmental degradation get eased in some degree, but the overall environment situation is still severe. This paper proposes appropriate environmental economic policy system based on the energy saving and emission reduction policy implemented in Jilin province,, discusses the environmental finance, green credit policy and emissions trading, to adjust pollution reduction structure and promote the environment economy coordinated development of Jilin Province.
