Kinetics on the Leaching of Polysaccharide from Arctium lappal Root

Abstract:

To explore the kinetics parameters in the leaching of polysaccharide from Arctium lappal root. According to Fick’s second law of diffusion, the kinetic equation for polysaccharide leaching process was established with ball model. According to Fick’s second law of diffusion, leaching process was analysed. The results can provide the valuable theory basis for the technical design and further research of polysaccharide leaching process.
