Abstract:

System of systems operation, as the main war mode in information war era, step into the war stage. Battle damage assessment (BDA) is the efficient way to realize accurate attack and enhance system of systems operation effectiveness. It is also a key point to realize the closed loop for operation command and an important composing part to form operation capability for system of systems operation. The operation requirements of BDA for system of systems operation are analyzed, based on which the requirement analyses object is established. BDA requirement models for System of systems operation are established including organization structure model, activity process model, information process model and function hierarchy model, which lay a foundation for BAD theory study and its theory system establishment.
