Abstract:

Tsarist Russia consulate, modern architecture, in Changchun City, is the protection project of history relic, the reliability of the main structure of the building is appraised to ensure it reliability and safety, and using proper repairing and strengthening methods under the conditions of keeping the original architectural style, which require a higher construction technology, at the same time the strengthening design must meet the current standards. By comparing the main structure before and after reinforcement, it not only achieve the original intention of protecting the cultural relics, but also meet the functional requirements, which provide the references for the strengthening and repairing of modern architecture.
