The Overall Finite Element Analysis for Hydraulic Excavator Working Device

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper chooses the WYL50 excavator as an example, using Solidworks to get the 3-D model and assembly. Then it will use overall finite element analysis method to analyze the strength and deformation of the working device which is under a typical working condition through the ANSYS Static analysis module. The stress and deformation cloud chart is acquired. The analysis results provide the design and improvement of the excavator with theoretical basis.
