Finite Element Analysis of Thermal Field of the Barrel Clamp

Article Preview

Abstract:

Barrel clamp is widely used in metallurgy factories to convey steel barrels as specialized holding equipments. It is baked by barrel under high temperature during in working time, which will cause unfavorable effect to the performance of the clamp parts, especially hydraulic system. The thermal field of the hydraulic system was analyzed, which will be quantified to really reflect the temperature distribution of the hydraulic system. According to Analysis of the temperature distribution of the hydraulic oil, it can check the rationality of the materials with anti-radiation and heat insulation chosen.
