Abstract: Based on the UG, the parametric model of the precision press working mechanism was built and its kinematic simulation analysis was implemented in this paper. The research results can be applied for the precision press working mechanism design [1], which can shorten the product development cycle and reduces the test cost.

Abstract: A kind of new type three-phase magnetism valve type controllable reactor is proposed in this article, its structure and the principle are introduced. The article carried the electromagnetism analysis on the new type magnetism valve type controllable reactor, and established the three-phase magnetism valve type controllable reactor two-dimensional simulation model with Ansoft electric-magnetic field analysis software. Simulation results verified the feasibility of adjusting the reactor reactance smoothly by adjusting the thyristor's triggering angle. Lastly, it made an analysis about three-phase magnetism valve type controllable reactor's electromagnetism field distribution.

Abstract: In the paper, a new method called Boundary Search Method (BSM) for generate regular grids was studied, and the key techniques of BSM were investigated, they are: 1) when searching boundary grids of the solid model described by STL file, to avoid losing grids, a method named Triangle Contraction Searching Method (TCSM) was put forward to get points coordinate to calculate grids No. 2)to get more accurate boundary mesh, a vector method was given to judge and eliminate invalid grids. 3) After identifying all boundary grids, for getting inner grids of the shape, an algorithm called Outer Seed Grid Method (OSGM) was put forward. Finally, two examples were given to show the validity of our principle.

Abstract: Fifteen numerical simulations are presented in this article to investigate the influence of roof opening size and fire source size on gas temperature profiles in a compartment. The fire source size has a significant impact on the temperature hot smoke layer. The temperature of hot smoke layer increases as the increase of fire source size. The roof opening has cooling function to gas temperature in the compartment especially for large roof opening. The temperatures of hot smoke layer decrease with the roof opening size increase in all cases.

Abstract: In the basis of region hydrogeological investigations, we conduct a partition of geothermal resources in Shandong Province,geothermal tail water are divided three types in the basis of Categories and Hydrochemical Characteristics, we finish the experiment of high-salinity geothermal tail water in laboratory.We take the geothermal tail water treatment of Dongying as an example in Shandong Province, get various parameters through batch xperimentses, analysis of the treatment effect of treatment processes,then determine the optimum treatment and select Physico-chemical pretreatment - Ion exchange - Nanofiltration - Reverse Osmosis Mode,Which lets water treatment costs drop to 2.2 yuan/m3.Finally we put froword different types of geothermal tail water treatment and discharge mode of Shandong Province, and raise a comprehensive rationalization proposals about geothermal tail-water development and utilization, which provide scientific basis for the development of geothermal resources.

Abstract: Kinematic and the direction of the power flow for closed planetary bevel-type CVT are performed. The relationship between partition coefficient of power and power flow in closed system is studied by analyzing closed planetary bevel-type CVT, the expressions between power partition coefficient and the basic speed ratios are established, the necessary conditions with no recirculation of power for closed planetary bevel-type CVT are determined. Sixteen possible interconnections of parallel planetary gear train and planetary bevel-type CVT are obtained. A effective compact analysis processing method for design of closed planetary bevel-type CVT with no recirculation of power is offered.

Abstract: Macro/micro mechanical arm is an important component of workover mechanical system. According to its composition characteristics and working principle, the arm was simplified to a plane system that all components were working in the same plane. Based on rigid body kinematics and dynamics theories, the kinematics and dynamics mathematical models of arm lifting progress were established by using constraint equations, rate equation, acceleration equations, virtual principle work, lagrange multiplier and differential-algebraic mixed equations of motion. It provides theoretical basis for kinematics and dynamics analysis of the macro/micro mechanical arm in lifting process.

Abstract: An integrated modeling method is proposed for ball screw drives which incorporates the elastic deformation of the screw within the nut. The ball screw model is derived based on Rigid Finite Element method, which is modeled as rigid multibody system consisting of rigid finite elements connected with spring damping elements, by using Rigid Finite Element method. The distributed contact stiffness of screw-nut interface is converted on ball screw and nut via Frenet-Serret coordinates. The proposed ball screw model has much less degrees of freedom than conventional finite element models. Comparisons between numerical simulations and experiments show that satisfied accuracy can also be obtained. The resulting model can be used for vibration analysis and control of ball screw drives.

Abstract: This paper, based on the concept and definition of fractal dimension, discussed the properties of the linear objects’ fractal dimension estimate model, and established its sufficient and necessary conditions of linear objects’ fractal, and put forward a kind of linear objects’ fractal estimate model, and verified the rationality and validity of the model for linear objects’ fractal calculation.
