Abstract: The development, improvement, using of materials run through the history of human development and the process of designing is also the process of cognition, transformation for material in essence. Design of materials is not only lying in function, but also creating the beauty of opuses, to arouse people's associations as well as desire of using products. Materials play a core role, lying on how to choose the material and making self-apparent awake people's aesthetic emotion. This thesis analyzes the self-apparent of material in the design, and explains how to use the materials and their processing technology properly to create the great charm of the materials.

Abstract: Based on the principle of the product, the article explores the principle of economy in the process of the reform design of product, furthers the relationship between the different stages and the participants in the process of the reform design. A case of coffee machine design will be included to illustrate that as well.

Abstract: Bearingless motor, which combines characteristics of alternating current motor and magnetic bearing, can operate without magnetism suspension bearing by making use of magnetism suspension bearing winding that produce magnetism suspending power in the motor stator. Through torque winding and suspending power winding decoupling control, it can make the motor rotor to produce torque and suspension simultaneously. The bearingless motor features high speed and little friction etc. It is one of current hot research areas. The design of bearingless motor suspension control system is the key of this research. The basic principle of the bearingless motor suspension control is introduced and the design of the suspension control system based on the directional magnetic field of torque winding rotor is provided in the paper.

Abstract: In order to mimic the natural appearance, motion and perception of the human hand, a biomechatronic approach to design an anthropomorphic Under-actuated hand-HIT/DLR Under-actuated Hand has been presented. It reproduces human hand in its fundamental structure such as appearance, weight, dimensions and inertia. Its thumb can move along a cone surface in 3-D space. Similar with humans’, it combines with abduction and adduction from palmar position to lateral position. Actuated by only one motor, the mid finger, ring finger and little finger can envelop complex objects. Furthermore by applying dynamics model, the force-based impedance control can realize more accurate and stable force control during grasp. Experiments displays dynamic control can make the finger grasp with more smooth and precise trajectory and stable grasp force, these would be particularly helpful for the widely application of underactuated hand.

Abstract: In this paper, according to the problem of elongation unqualified in 560MPa grade sheet for automobile crossbeam in Pangang, through the microstructure detection、fracture observation and other methods to analysis the reason of elongation unqualified and propose process optimization measures. Used the measures, the elongation unqualified situation has obvious improvement in P560L, greatly improved qualified rate. The performance fluctuating range is small behind process optimization and have excellent forming properties and low temperature impact toughness. The users applied show that: products have excellent stamping performance, small rebound after stamping and stable quality. The various performances fully meet the used requirements of punch vertical frame in automobile.

Abstract: In order to improve the design efficiency and the derivation speed of the seeker, a method of domain-driven modular design of the seeker is put forward. By introducing the thought of Model Based Design (MBD), the 3D visualization of the seeker’s non-geometric manufacturing information is achieved through integrating the information with the skeleton model, namely integrated skeleton model. The process of the configuration design based on the integrated skeleton model is offered to advance the development of the design concepts in the domain of the seeker. Finally, a design software prototype achieving the proposed method is developed and its validity and practicability is demonstrated by the instance design of the infrared seeker.

Abstract: In Long-span bridge construction by incremental launching method, due to its quiet heavy launching weight, long cantilever and complex structural stress. The dragging-type launching equipment commonly used at present no longer applies. Based on Jiubao bridge project, a new launching system of Automatic Walking-type Launching System (AWLS) was developed. This AWLS is a self-balancing launching system that integrates with functions of lifting, pushing and rectifying. It features highly automation, safety and reliability in operation. By using this system, Jiubao Bridge was successfully erected by incremental launching method for the first time as a three-span beam-arch composite bridge at home and abroad.
