Abstract: Sub-frame is an important component of 2500HP fracturing truck and the enough rigidity and intensity is necessary for chassis to undergo the large load on the off-road. After analyzing the topology optimization method, the var1ab1e density method is employed to analyze the intensity of the sub-frame. The layout and the location of the cross-member are determinated. Comparing to the old design, the result shows that the carrying capacity of sub-frame is improved 10.1% and the number of cross-member is decreased.

Abstract: The multiple depot vehicle routing problems with mix pickups and deliveries are often met in real-life scenarios of transportation logistics, but it has not received much attention by researchers. In this problem, to allocate borderline customer to appropriate depot is a difficulty to overcome. In this paper, a genetic algorithm is supposed to allocate them. Then the tabu search algorithm is incorporated into the genetic algorithm to solve the single depot vehicle routing problems with mix pickups and deliveries. The proposed algorithm is successfully applied to benchmark instances in the literature, generating new best solutions.

Abstract: Three-dimensional software Solidworks and ADAMS were combined together to establish the virtual prototyping model of hydraulic excavator working device in this paper. Various real typical working conditions of excavators were simulated in the virtual environment, then kinematic simulation analysis was conducted, and the main mining parameters in different conditions were given, the results provide a basis for the design of excavator working device.

Abstract: Consumers’ product style perceptions and preference are vague and uncertain. In order to identify consumers’ needs more accurately, this paper established a questionnaire based on fuzzy data, carried out a spot check to consumers’ style preference and perceptions of twelve office chairs with typical form style, then conducted the mean, distances calculation and fuzzy clustering analysis by Excel, SPSS, and Matlab. Comparing with statistics results of traditional questionnaire data, this paper points out that fuzzy data statistics are suitable for the mean calculation of small sample and the clustering algorithm of few preference variables.

Abstract: In the seismic design, it is important to consider higher risks of damage under seismic design forces than under other general loads, such as live load, dead load, or wind load. Although the full strength of the structure can be developed to resist various types of earthquake forces with respect to increased safety factor, this design concept may be not appropriate when we consider the economic benefit since the design under the seismic force is normally 15 to 25 % more expensive than the design of elastic response. As a one of the seismic design approaches, plastic hinge mechanism has drawn an interest to ensure the economic design performance under the earthquake. In this paper, forecasted seismic motion was simulated using a Monte Carlo simulation to determine the seismic design load applied to the structure system. Then for each seismic load, the economical set of plastic hinge mechanisms was optimized using linear programming.

Abstract: By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, this article presented the structure stress and displacement of a type of electrical dust precipitator on a variety of loads effect, after the main steel structures of the model was built according to the frontal solution method, optimization design of model's main steel structures had been done. The modeling and the computational Method has been proved the reasonableness of precision, and can be further used for structure analysis and so it has reference value for optimization design of other electrical precipitator steel structures.

Abstract: According to the results of finite element analysis (FEA), when the diameter of opening of the flat cover is no more than 0.5D (d≤0.5D), there is obvious stress concentration at the edge of opening, but only existed within the region of 2d. Increasing the thickness of flat covers could not relieve the stress concentration at the edge of opening. It is recommended that reinforcing element being installed within the region of 2d should be used. When the diameter of openings is larger than 0.5D (d>0.5D), conical or round angle transitions could be employed at connecting location, with which the edge stress decreased remarkably. However, the primary stress plus the secondary stress would be valued by 3[σ].

Abstract: From the study on the status of wood aesthetics, firstly through analyzing the macro grain of wood in three sections, the article indicates people’s aesthetic demand that the wood's natural grain meets the visual and psychological need of people. And then, it studies the wood microstructure by the principle of form beauty which makes deeper discussion of the wood’s microstructure grain on aesthetic form. Last, through graphics processing of the wood grain, it will produce some wonderful regular tessellation patterns and apply to the design of the product, which enriches the material library of modern graphic design, and expresses the significance of the research on wood aesthetics.

Abstract: Reverse design of the flue-cured tobacco Heights Department of tractor panel has been designed, using reverse engineering software, 3D laser scanning equipment and electron microscopy equipment, after the collected data such as pre-processing and surface reconstruction process, to get a tractor panel of tobacco Heights Department. The initial structural model, and associated structural re-design, research results show that the rapid establishment of a new product manufacturing system to improve new product quality and development efficiency has important practical significance.
