Abstract: A novel optical system of emitting is discussed. The optical system is used for the interference transmission system and it is used in the photoelectric tracking equipment. The optical system consists of the light source part, a collimating optical system and a special reflection prism. The Coude light path and emitting system of strong source are used for automatically tracking and interfering with aerial or ground target. The system should be useful in the photoelectric countermeasures. The optical design could meet the requirements for the interference of light emission system.

Abstract: On the foundation of conventional double-flank gear rolling tester, a virtual detector of gear error taking personal computer as the core is developed with the use of virtual instrument technology. Systematic error is analyzed through error separation technique. The structure of the detecting system , the design of the system software based on LabVIEW, and the separation of different radial component deviations of gear are presented.

Abstract: The mechanical system design method based on the Service Oriented Architecture was proposed through the service-oriented architecture technology and mechanical system design theory analysis .The machine arm system design finite element analysis process was presented. Based on the TomCat platform design, Service oriented architecture design of the robot arm system design based on finite element analysis process were established. This design method was verified technically.

Abstract: Abstract.For the control unit in a control system, under a certain type of perturbations, including the disturbance of its own model, the property that system maintains certain performance parameter to designed index is defined as robustness. A designed system is robust when its response does not dissatisfy design requirements under model parameter variations.In practical application, it is not unusual that some parameters of system model are not precisely known. Such parameter is defined as uncertain parameter, because its value varies within a given range, even though its nominal value and variation range are known.In this article, in order to design a robust control system, MATLAB is utilized to perform robustness analysis by establishing an uncertainty model of DC motor.

Abstract: The program optimization design, based on the complexity analysis, is an effective way to realize the design object of the testing system for equipment, which includes its safety, reliability, portably, fastness etc. Take the loop structure assembler for testing as an example, debug software is run for debugging executable files generated from source programs with different algorithms respectively, and elements such as the memory allocation of machine code, the length of the machine code of programs with different algorithms and execution process of machine codes of different formal instructions with the same function are analyzed. The running time of executable files is also estimated when clock frequency and the average running speed of machine code per byte are determined. After the algorithm and instruction is optimized based on the space and time complexity analysis, the program optimization design is completed. The method of optimization design applied to testing programming provides reference for other software modules in testing system, as well as the overall improvement for use efficiency of the testing system software and memory space saving to reduce the number of memory boards.

Abstract: To eliminate the disadvantages of the lifting electromagnet, the Rare Earth lifting permanent magnet was designed. The magnetic circuit intelligent optimization design was developed. Moreover, a perfect self-acting driving system has been invented. Industry prototypes were manufactured, and they verified that the developed intelligent optimization model is valid; the drive system is feasibility.
