Abstract: In refrigerator industry, takt time becomes shorter with the growth of refrigerator production, product configurations become more diverse with the increase of customizing requirements, traditional data acquisition methods and manufacturing resource identification methods cannot meet the need of manufacturing execution system (MES) in job shop scheduling, work in process (WIP) tracking, rapid response of process control and so on. As an automatic identification technology, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) can be applied to bridge the gap between physical flow of product/part and information flow in enterprise application system due to its characteristics such as automatic identification, long-distance reading, and non-line-of sight. Based on this characteristic, this paper design a real-time MES (RT-MES) for refrigerator production and successfully implements this system based on the actual situation of JAC.

Abstract: This document explains and demonstrates how to design the structure and analysis its strength for the underwater propulsion manipulator. Through comparison, the structural design program of the manipulator is determined, With the solidworks software, its strength is checked up, and the forces are analyzed by the dynamic simulation solidworks.

Abstract: This paper used the finite element software to simulate the process of the heavy rail rolling deformation between the UR and ER racks. It studied on the stress distribution law of the universal mill pass, the relationship between the universal mill unbalanced rates of velocity and tension changes of the rack, effect of the universal mill unbalanced rates of velocity on the change of the rolling geometric dimensions caused by the unbalanced rates of velocity. The research can guide the adjustment of the dimensional accuracy of the rail’s universal rolling.

Abstract: An integrated evaluation of the modern main battle tank based on Topsis method is discussed in this article. The method is a technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution which can avoid the difficulty in traditional evaluations that regard the multi-evaluation parameters as a single efficiency evaluating value. The results show that this mode1 features convenient calculations,high distinguish efficiency and high stability. The article supplies a new system to the comprehensive evaluation of the modern main battle tank.

Abstract: The static and stability analysis of steel structure were taken according to steel structure work platform’s requirements and structural characteristics in a subway parking space by using the software model which is established by Pro/E software and implanted into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The maximum deformation and stress in design load of the steel structure were calculated and the linear stress strength analysis of the key parts was carried out, also both the analysis and testing of the supporting pillar’s stability were performed. The results show that the structure model established by Pro/E and the calculation method are reasonable. Moreover, the calculation results are of high accuracy. The profile size is properly chosen and the structure bearing capacity and deformation meet the design requirements.

Abstract: This paper introduces a novel modeling method using points acquired by a touch probe on a coordinate measuring machine and an optical scanner. An improved iterative closet point algorithm is adopted in order to transform the optical scanning data and the high precision points captured by a touch probe into a common coordinate system. A data merging method is also used to keep the high precision of feature surfaces and then unified into a precise 3D model. Experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of the presented method, which enhances the flexibility of digitization while maintaining the accuracy of feature surfaces.

Abstract: Product lifecycle management (PLM) is a kind of solution, software technology and a business strategy, which play an indispensable role in the enterprise informatization and network management. In this paper, Teamcenter management software of SIEMENS is applied as basic platform of implementing PLM project, the fundamental network structure and main functions and solutions are introduced, furthermore, it also mainly researches the implementation strategies and process of PLM project and analyses the application values and advantages of PLM project for the enterprises.

Abstract: In terms of cognitive psychology and innovative psychology, this paper establishes the innovative cognitive process of English learning from input of information to output of language acquisition result. Then combined with the theory of cognitive linguistics, the paper analyzes the main impact that innovative cognition produced on English learning process, and proposes the related English learning strategies. Based on the above theory, functional structure of English learning machine, which is made up of the man-machine interaction interface, the core function layer and the hardware base layer, is presented. The method proposed here should be helpful for further research on the model of English learning machine.

Abstract: Combining with one instance in production of electric motor, the integration mode and content between the systems of the PDM and ERP were researched, and the integration solutions were provided by the XML files. the XML files which could shield the different structures of the application systems were used as the intermediate format of transforming integrated. An integration model and achievement way between the integrating systems of the PDM and ERP were proposed and the simulation model of the production of electric motor was set based on witness. The article proposed a referential mode for the integration between PDM and ERP of enterprises by BOM.
