Abstract: In west DEMS areas of aerospace, MDO (Multidisciplinary Design Optimization) was the latest and most active design methods in recent years. Its main thinking is that: using DCNT (Distributed Computer Network Technology) to integrate knowledge of all subjects; using effective design optimization strategy to organize and manage of the design process. Its objective is to get the overall optimal solution by using the interaction and synergy between all subjections; to shorten the cycle by implementing of the parallel design. So that the developed the product would be more competitive. This thesis researched MDO development situation of home and aboard from three parts: Techniques and Methods、Integrated Framework software and Application for getting some inspiration how to research MDO now.

Abstract: By means of analyzing the structure kinematic of the three-fingered flexible fixture, the optimization method of the grasping ability of the flexible fixture was proposed. The best configuration was attained on the basis of expressing the contact force as a general solution. And then, the grasping force was optimized by converting it into the optimization of grasping torque. Not only was the optimization of the grasping ability realized, but also the relative carrying capacity of the fixture was improved. The feasibility of the method was verified by calculating the example. This method provides theory basises for the further research on the intelligence control of this sort of flexible fixture.

In this paper, the green concept in the design of infant clothing has been researched, and the green design of infant clothing is performed in the aspect of environmentally friendly materials, modeling and colors.

Abstract: This paper mainly studies the SBR technology of the automatic control system for the inner structure, main characteristics, control laws and design method. Control system adopt the open field bus control structure, Yanhua industrial computer as main PC responsible for management, Siemens S7-200 PLC as Hypogynies control. executive agencies responsible for enforcing the command of the PLC to control the parameters; The MCGS software was used for control for system real-time monitoring. The control system has certain theoretical meaning and practical value for powerful features, reliable performance and convenient operation.

Abstract: A number of range images taken from different views to be merged to construct an entire 3D model are a common problem which is called registration in RE. The enormous computational cost is required, because this process is usually repeated on searching optimal rigid body coordinate transformation parameters and evaluated in a statistical error distance between two data. This paper proposes a new registration method based on the covariance matrix eigenvector direction of feature point. First, a very fast feature extraction method is presented. Then, covariance matrix eigenvector direction of feature points and those neighborhood points are calculated. Finally, an initial estimate for relative rigid-body transform can be realized, matching these eigenvector directions using an approach of Hough transform. Experimental results of 3D images taken by laser scanner are carried out to compare the convergence and registration error. The proposed registration approach can realize automatic registration without any assumptions about their initial positions and overcome the problems of traditional ICP in low overlapping and bad initial estimate.

Abstract: There are great differences in outward appearance, geometric shape, luffing performance between jib type crane with back-rocker driving and normal double-link type crane. Jib type crane with back-rocker driving has some advantages, i.e. lower centre of weight, practical and reasonable structure, strongly anti-wind and easy operation, upwarp of flying jib invariably. Based on inverse design and principle of mechanics, force analysis and luffing moment of luffing mechanism of jib type crane with back-rocker driving is researched and solved, implemented on MATLAB.

Abstract: The box girder overhead traveling crane is one kind of hoisting machine, which is widely used in factories, mines and other enterprises. Its main structure is box girder, which accounted for the largest proportion of the whole weight. In order to improve the performance of the whole machine and reduce energy consumption, an optimization model is established on the basis of the whole stress analysis and it was applied to make specific optimization design.

Abstract: Through analyzing several problems existing in Wusha-river channel at present, this paper designs general scheme of Wusha-river regulation works based on theory method of eco-hydraulic engineering. This ecological design mainly works in the internal of River channel, slopes and banks protection of embankment, diversion damsand riverine wetlands, and it can provide certain experiences for the using of eco-hydraulic engineering in river regulation works.

Abstract: This paper presents structural strength assessment of trimaran by global FE-analysis. Global strength analysis using the finite-element method is a powerful tool extensively used to design well-balanced and reliable sea going vessels. This analysis technique is particularly recommended in unconventional and new ship designs. Lloyd’s Register rules (LR Rules) for classification of trimaran are used to compute design loads and load cases. Global FE analysis is performed as per direct calculation procedure of LR Rules. Maximum stress concentration locations or hot spots corresponding to each load case are identified. The stresses induced in trimaran structure for all load cases are less than the maximum allowable stress. Furthermore, some modifications in current design are suggested to reduce the stress concentrations and hence to improve the structural strength.

Abstract: It has become the theme of the times to save energy and protect environment, since the environment has been deteriorating and energy crisis has been increasingly nervous. The trend is the development of automotive lightweight direction, because of the close relationship among energy consumption and vehicle manufacturing and using cost. In this article, the automotive industry to use the material is still main traditional material of iron and steel high-energy through a statistical analysis of the automotive industry energy consumption. Furthermore, the method was described that the use of lightweight environmentally friendly materials to promote lightweight manufacturing technology in the automotive industry based on the statistical analysis of the automotive industry energy consumption. A new era is coming with automotive materials development. The research and application of lightweight materials on new car will become the focus of future vehicle development.
