An Overview of Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Power Generating System

Article Preview

Abstract:

With the traditional energy exhausting rapidly, the development of new sustainable energy especially solar energy has a significant meaning. The paper mainly introduces some characteristics of photovoltaic (PV) power generation system involving in its development, construction and key technology. Solar cells can supply power energy through absorbing sunlight. As a result, some key technologies such as maximum power point tracking (MPPT), islanding detection and energy conversion are concerned by many investigators. Finally, this review gives some conclusion and prospective of PV power system.
