Innovating the Mode of Engineer Training and Promoting the Training Program of Excellent Engineers

Abstract:

Facing the urgent needs of China's high-quality engineering and technical personnel, the Ministry of Education proposed the training program of outstanding Engineers. The Engineering Training Center, as the practice base, must play an important role in promoting “outstanding plan”. Under the guidance of the cultivation of outstanding engineering, this article mainly explores and practices the following aspects: the position of reform of the practice teaching, reconstruction of the curriculum system and course content, innovation of engineering training teaching model, enhancing the depth of cooperation with the enterprise, efforts to promote the research study.
